Here’s a twist on the usual spicy noodles: Ingredients: - 1 package of your favorite noodles (ramen, udon, or even rice noodles) - ⁠suya pepper 🌶️ - oyster sauce - veggies - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced - 1 tablespoon chili paste or gochujang (Korean chili paste) optional - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1/4 cup coconut milk (adds richness and balances heat)- optional - Toppings: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, or crushed peanuts
    *Instructions:*
    1. Cook the noodles according to package directions and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant. 3. Add the chili paste (or gochujang), soy sauce, oyster sauce to the pan, stirring until the sauce comes together. You can adjust the chili paste for more or less heat. 4. Stir in the coconut milk and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is creamy and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to loosen it up. 5. Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce, stirring to coat them evenly. 6. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice (optional), and top with green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, or peanuts. This gives a spicy, creamy, slightly sweet, and savory noodle dish with a tropical twist from the coconut milk and peanut butter! How does that sound? Got it!
