INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef
Onions
Chopped peppers
Carrot
Irish potatoes
Curry&thyme
Garlic powder
Beef seasoning
Salt
Green bell Peppers
Little water to cook beef
Corn flour slurry to thicken the sauce
For the crust;
3 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar ( optional)
250grams of cold butter
Mix till crumbly
1/4 cup of cold milk
1 egg
Refrigerate dough for atleast 30mins before shaping into pie.
*Instructions*
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one of the chilled dough disks to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Transfer dough to a 9-inch pie dish and trim edges to fit.
- Fill pie crust with meat filling and spread evenly.
- Roll out second dough disk to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Use to cover pie and crimp edges to seal.
2. Bake the Pie:
- Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Brush top crust with a little milk or beaten egg for a glaze.
- Bake pie for 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot and bubbly.
3. Serve and Enjoy:
- Let pie cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

- Use a variety of meats, such as ground lamb or pork, for a different flavor profile.
- Add other vegetables, like diced carrots or chopped bell peppers, to the filling.
- Use a store-bought pie crust or puff pastry for a quicker option.
