En kabutar khana Ghar ko kharidne ke baad bhi 3000/ maintenance bharo . Loot macha rakhi hai builders ne Noida aur ghaziabad me. En flats ke rate 2bhk ke 16 lakh hona chaiye. Aur 3 bhk ke 20 lakh aur log ese crore me kharid rahe hai aaj ki generation thoda bhi nhi sochti ki kya price hona chaiye flats Ka enko jb pata lagega jb 30 saal baad enke bacho ko dikkat hogi aur ye flat ke balcony latak jayegi. Flat lene ke baad Puri life loan bharte raho kama ke. Flat sale krne jayenge tb ye 5 lakh ke bhi nhi bikenge enki halat jarjar ho jayegi. So please flats ke liye etni kimat Mt chukaye ye mehnga padega.

Very small size club house. 590 rupees per month per flat is mandatory for club maintenance plus maintenance is also at highest rate, 2.75 per sqft. There would be about 4700 families in this society. And trust me, hardly 20 families can use the gym at a time. Same for the swimming pool park and everything. No guest parking available.
Builder sab manmani karte hi kyunki hum jaise log .. continue buy karte Jaa rahe hai..
Please advise which society to choose in sidharth vihar if prateek is not good ,or this problem is sorted out
