Einstein is the most intelligent and exciting individuals to have lived in the modern world and in history, indeed. I’ve not heard anyone from Pakistan talk about Einstein, until now. Actually, I don’t think I can recall even Professor Hoodbhoy speaking about him. With such talks I sure hope we could one day see another Abdusalam and even a Pakistani Einstein rise up again. BB my child is a very shy person, he knows grammer well but at home & in public places he doesn't want to talk, I told him that this is not your mother tongue, don't worry about your mistakes, if you will not talk then you will not able to be fluent in language. Please make a video for a shy people, how they owercome.
dont force. Give him space and freedom. Let him decide. If you are going to force him to speak, you'll agitate him. I was very shy at school. But once I step into university my shyness went away. Reason being that I had to give lots of presentations and participate in class discussions which enabled me to be confident and express myself.
You can focus on things what he likes to do. Read to him anything. But give him the freedom to learn, to observe, to make mistakes. Don't judge too quickly.
And by the way there is nothing wrong in being an introvert. You must read the book Quiet by Susan Cain which gives a detailed view on Introverts.
Human behavior changes subject to time, environment and will. I'm sure one day your child will overcome everything and come out as a genius if he is given complete encouragement even if he fails. Because failures and mistakes are steps that bring us closer to success.

We grow only when we experiment with life without worrying about what could go wrong. First step towards development is Action. Once you have taken an action you are at a different level from before. Then later when you repeat those actions you learn you improve and you develop and this is how we humans evolve.
