Um -- um -- what does "really hot" mean ? > Please define ! - - - They make this scale called temperature ! - ? - And -- '''um''' -- I'd like to know !?!?! -- Please ? -- Looks like a really nice city - heard many good things about it. Early am and late afternoon living is needed much of the year I hear. PEOPLE ARE REPORTED TO BE SUPER FRIENDLY and cost of living is much cheaper with longer term rentals than with tourist prices. Food selection is outstanding varied and reasonably priced. Many expats live there both retired and younger working from many countries. English is widely used there and in the Capital yet their culture is wonderful. They also accept USD and their own RIEL.
I like the fact that you walked away from your jobs to travel the world, that takes a lot of guts. BUT. Your video only shows 2 or 3 days. Did yoiu spend the full week in Siem Reap? What else did you see? You "saw" Angkor Wat, but didn't "see" it cause you thought a 1 day pass of $37 per person for ALL of the Angkor Park temples was too much, but blew $7 on Food Panda delivery because it was raining. And then complained that $0.50 was more than you wanted to pay for a Post Card. Sorry to be so critical, but if you want people to like and subscribe, and maybe encourage others to visit the places you have been, you need to give a bit more content and details about what you did.
We just also show our experience and opinions about things and they might be different to other people's but this is just how we choose to do things, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions, we're just sharing ours. Have a lovely day 😊
About air condition, "It feels like a scam that they can get extra money to put in their pocket." It justs my thought and I never heard something like that before. 🤔
Is it weird? If the current Khmer people are indeed descended from “Khom” ancestors in the past. They should have skills in sculpting or sculpting various patterns beautifully or better than in the past. Or there is evidence that it is an art that has been passed down from generation to generation. Cambodians or Khmers should know that tourists want to know the true history of art and culture and was not made or changed or invented to promote tourism or for political interests within or outside the country.
Thais or Siam should know that when tourists go to Angkor Wat, they learn the real history of Siamese of how they loots the Khmer empire and copy Cambodian cultures.
Doesn't matter what you say as long as the whole world know that Khmer is the original builder of Khmer empire is more than enough. The new evidence is that Thai secretly building the Angkor Wat replica right now, and this is definitely a continuous copycat. 😊
Khmer are descended from Khmer. Khom is an made up word by the Thai who were unable to pronounce the consonant cluster in the word Khmer. The Khmer taught the Thai how to read and write. The Khmer alphabet is also the oldest system of writing in all of Southeast Asia (all the countries between China and India). The Khmer Empire ruled most of Southeast Asia for six centuries from 802-1431.
i love you from Cambodia ❤️❤️🇰🇭🇰🇭

Yeah it was pretty annoying and we probably wouldn't have stayed there if we knew that in advance!
