Show us your glittery ball gown Giles! “A Wandering Minstrel I” took Nathan back to being in a production of a Mikado quite a few years ago! 😂 You just can’t beat a Marella turndown service! 🤣🤣 Great video guys! Kept us laughing throughout! 😅
@NamyDoesCruising Cheers Guys! I have been in Pirates, Iolanthe, and Ruddigore, but never the Mikado! It has been a few years since I last trod the boards in musical theatre so I am probably just scratching the itch by performing on video (I know you like your musical theatre so don't judge me too harshly! 😂). Thanks for your kind comments and the insta story 😀👍
@TravellingLightLisa You don’t see Ruddigore performed very often! Maybe it’s time for you to retread the boards? 😉 No judgment here - we thought you had a good voice! You’re very welcome! 😃
We didn’t know that you could sing so well Giles and Gilbert and Sullivan would be impressed! You both looked very smart and not over the top. As always, a very balanced vlog.
Another great video. I could have easily watched another 10 minutes of this (if not more). What comes across with your Marella series is the friendliness of staff and enjoyable entertainment and decent food. Lovely dress, Lisa. Very classy. And as for Giles’ shirt and singing……I look forward to your future videos 😂
@BrummieNik Thanks for that. Giles will come round and perform 10 minutes of G&S classics first thing in the morning. Leave the latch off. Thanks for watching 👍
@flydriveexplore Apparently, it is a Roman dress. (That must make it over 2000 years old!) She says it was new with tags from a charity shop for £8. I am definitely ageing myself with the Duty Free reference! 😂 Thanks for watching 👍
I do like it when people make an effort with their dress on gala nights, but I'm used to Cunard. Even they are not as strict as they once were. I've heard that QM2 is stricter on the dress code. Anyway, I don't have a ball gown. I like the look of Marella ships on your videos.
We like to dress up for the ships' gala nights, formal nights, celebration nights, or dress to impress nights as well. I am glad that you have got a sense of the ship from our videos. Thanks for watching.
Doesn't blue cheese mean it's gone mouldy? Favourable comments about Giles singing, you are in a minority Lisa. Nice dress though, get a suitable hat and all set for Royal Ascot.
@DiscoDavesPubReviews Absolutely right! The mouldier the better. If I get any more positive comments, I will start recording my first album! 😂 Thanks for watching 👍
If you are wondering what a formal or dress to impress night is like on Marella Cruises join us and have a look. Thanks for watching 😊
Another excellent and informative video. The mention of "Duty Free" took me back to evenings spent in front of the TV in my childhood!
Many thanks, and thanks for watching. I definitely dated myself with the Duty Free reference. Hope all is good on the Thames. 😀👍
Another great video my friends! 👍👍😊😊Well done!
@ScotlandFarAndNear thanks so much guys. We really appreciate your support 🙏

@@kathleenpipes Many years of am dram and pantomime daming have shaped the man I am! 😂
@ So you really do have a ball gown
@kathleenpipes to go with my gownless evening straps. Naturally!

I love a bit of singing from Giles , thank you. You both looked smart and I liked your dress with the red handbag Lisa.
@maryfreeman9231 thanks Mary 😊
What a reference! "Keith Barron, endlessly trapped on the Costa del Sol 🤣" Mel likes your dress, Lisa, and she's asking where it came from?
