Lovely to be back in Singapore with you guys ! We loved our trip to Sentosa and you guys captured some great footage and saw parts of the island we didn’t .. the fort complex looked amazing and something we missed ..would go back in a heartbeat..Talking of heartbeats - you romantic so and so Giles ! Hope you had an amazing Silver Wedding Anniversary.

In the pub I was telling my mate I'd been to see a band in Southeast Asia. He said "Singapore?". I said "No she was very good".

You missed the Aquarium. It's one of the best in the world. I like Singapore, but it can get so hot that I melt.

You were brave, Lisa, to go in the cable car… I don’t like them either. But the views were worth it!

Thank you for a well balanced review. I cant believe the rudeness of some of the comments and the personal nature of them; and the people making them seem to think they have class! I didnt find you were negative at all, in fact in view of the standards you experienced i thought you were actually quite positive. We have a cruise booked for 2 weeks around the med on qm2, and like yourselves we will make our own conclusions based on our experience. Not sure what Cunard is hoping to achieve with these short cruises? As stated in the comments the price per day is cheap but if the experience is poor people are very unlikely to rebook for a longer cruise. Hopefully it has been a short term staffing issue and things will improve. Looking forward to watching mire of your reviews and replies to 'those' comments 😅

Christ! It looks horrendous. Why am I seeing this rubbish. If you two adult disney kids ever graduate to a grown up cruise (god forbid I’m on that trip) at least learn how to use cutlery. You are strongly in the ‘Murica camp when you attempt to eat.

Loving the Merch Lisa ! You guys really relaxed and chilled on this cruise… The food does really look amazing. Break out that leotard on your next Virgin Cruise Giles …The ship looks such fun with plenty of nostalgia provoking activities and things to do. Valid points on the beer.. surely solvable by Virgin or maybe a ploy to drive customers to cocktails and wines? Test kitchen looks marmite ! And was there any ? Disembarkation looked easy… Really good series this .. Thanks guys and we will have to give this a try.

Three months on...lovely to be reminded of our shared cruise. Ref draft beer, did you try the Draft Haus? They have, I'm told, 8 beers on tap. Five VV cruises in and I've never had a drink there so can't confirm.

I love the Raffles hotel. Singapore's only about a 5-hour flight from here in Perth. I've had afternoon tea there twice but staying there is way beyond our budget. It was nice to see it again.

We've done 4 Cunard cruises this year...1 QM2..1 QV and 2 QA....we loved our time on all 4 ships but we're mostly ignored by bar staff...they seemed to ask ppl "dressed slightly better" than us...and I'm talking about in Kings Court...we are cruising on QM2 for a month next year it will be interesting to see how it goes

Well done for standing in the queue for 30 minutes. It kinda reminded me of a Wetherspoons, minus the monkey nuts, if you needed a map and compass to get to the toilets.

Excellent video as always. It was interesting to learn the facts about Lichfield. I always like to visit the fish and chip shop at the end of Southend Pier but they charge around £14 (and there is no drink included either!) I expect that some of this cost is due to the fact that they have to transport the food from the shore to the pier head and there isn't much competition at the end of the pier. They are popular though, especially in the warm weather!

Some people are Cunard people and some are just not...there is nothing to compare to QM2. It is unfortunate that people read and believe these comments...I feel you had made up your minds before embarkation..' will people talk'? Good grief....

You mentioned abandoned in this video and how right you are. The whole place has lost it's true identity. Walking around in the morning is all good and dandy, looks lovely peaceful you picked a great day sun shining council have probably been out and cleaned up the carnage of the night before. However give the crack heads time to rise n shine and you will see the real decay of West Bromwich. A sorry excuse of a town, main part just consists of piss heads on benches contributing zero to society, shops selling absolute tat. Definitely revise this and you do a night tour with night vision camera, carter's green makes you want to carry a knife for protection which just for the record I DO NOT PROMOTE!

I will be cruising on QM2 from Southampton to NYC next year, it is the only ocean liner, its iconic, I am not expecting much from the service or food. I cruised on the Queen Elizabeth and the service and food were mediocre.. Great video.

I meet up with friends once a month at Wetherspoons, and I’m sure I pay about £11.50 for fish and chips including a pint. I must be ordering from their “fine dining” menu 😂 Mind you, I see that if I book a cruise with Marella, I’ll get two more chips than at Wetherspoons !

Hi guys , me and the Mrs went on Discovery 2 recently and thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips from the Snack Shack and we thought that they were a little better than what we have had from Spoons , and while we were in the lifts on the ship we tried the ..LIFT DISCO ..unfortunately we haven't quite got it sussed out as we kept getting caught between floors and no one wanted to join in when we asked them , we have had a good laugh with the ..Lift Disco .. but we think that you guys should put it out there a little more so that normal folk like me and the Mrs don't keep getting looked at like a couple of berks ..even though we are .

But you don't have to leave your grandmother's inheritance, for 20 euros or less you can have a set menu in hundreds of restaurants. · Move like a local! Go to a bar, order a txakoli, a cider or a beer and try one or two pintxos leaning on the bar. Then go to another bar and another and another. Many bars have their specialities and people go there to eat certain pintxos. If you eat at a fast food chain in the Basque Country, we'll throw you in the estuary headfirst. Really nice little room, and MUCH bigger than the solo inside cabins I've stayed in on Virgin ships in the past. Side note - I absolutely LOVE your t-shirt in this video - you almost made me spray my coffee when I realised what it said, ha!
