Need to check your brake pads . There is a difference in the set of pads. One is for the back side of the caliper and one for the front. The back have two ears. I believe you put both of the back pads on one side of your truck.
You are correct I caught it before I put it back together.
Glad you commented about the inner/outer pads. I've seen mechanics make this mistake. I use a lil anti seize around the shoulder where hub comes through the rotor for ease on future maintenance.

Use a 1/2” bolt.
I clean all of it with brake cleaner spray as best I can with a steel brush also should remove the oil off the rotor that's put there to keep them from rusting in the package

harbor freight sells a brake tool to press the brake calipers , cheap
just needed to include the part of bleeding the brake lines by your self.
What size bolts to pull rotors off?
I can’t remember for sure I believe it was a half inch? I’ll try to check on that for ya
You put the rotor on the wrong side. They are directional.
Not all brands are directional Powerstop is which is why they have left and right specific the cooling fins have to be turned the correct way, if the cooling fins are straight like they are in the Detroit axle ones it doesn’t matter
