Thanks James! Turns out a little while after I made the video a little green drop of coolant showed through the soldering job so a “re-do” might be in order😬, but my guess is that there’s a little of contamination that the flux didn’t take care of. Hope you have a great week Brother!👍
That’s always great idea. I’ve heard of people using 6.0 powerstroke coolers on their trucks with great success. I believe it’s 3x larger than the factory one

This truck definitely deserves the name Lucky🤣! Turns out a little while after I filmed the video a little green drop of coolant showed through the soldering job so I’m going to have to get back in there and probably start over to remove any contamination, but besides that minor hick-up overall the whole truck is coming along great! I swapped out my cooler for a higher-capacity one. It's cheap insurance if you ever tow anything heavy. I paid 90 bucks for the upgraded one.
