Looks like they're rolling out the Taurus slicktops. Seem to be the same light setup as the other unmarked ones.
Also find it interesting that a decade old slicktop unit (halogen lights one) is still in service. You may not have noticed it, but this video has all three generations of slicktop units for post 2000.

That is life in the Big City. If you are a soldier you want to look like a soldier, not a Boy Scout. If you are a Marine you want to look like a Marine, not a member of the Tijuana National Guard. Real policemen wear dark blue uniforms, have oval LAPD style badges and drive black and white police cars. They do not drive "cruisers". And as a side comment, cops in California know hown to turn off the overhead lights when they get out of the car. Cops in Ohio can't pull to the side of a freeway without turning on everything that flashes, winks, blinks or rotates.

Yep. They used it as the yelp tone. On a similar note, they Hilariously used the 1988 silverface PA300 recording (first used in Die Hard of all movies, shot in Century City) on the title screen of that same game...

@@Ho11yw006 It's that siren the correct one. The others have a smart siren SSP3000B, and the omega 90 is the siren that was used on Need for Speed Hot Pursuit: 2010.
Put in 0.75x on the 1st crown victoria sounds like a Motorola Spectra siren

As far as I'm concerned, Lapd's slicktop used red steady burn light until the early and mid-2000s.
