It appears to be located in a tropical climate. Yet again another Plus+++! I love the flow pattern. The only thing that I can see that seems to be missing is a dishwasher & an entryway closet...
Well, seeing as how it’s a computer rendering it is not actually “located” anywhere other than in someone’s imagination. Still just from looking at the thumbnail I instantly knew that it was designed by or for someone in either South America or Southeast Asia - and after seeing that the designer speaks Spanish I assume it’s the later. Houses in these areas always have a carport rather than a garage and they always have a very small lot in relation to the size of the house. And there is pretty much always a wall around the property. And since these are hot and humid climates the houses are always made of masonry which keeps the house cooler - usually brick which is then covered with a finish layer to make it look like a drywall finish - although this one has at least some poured concrete walls which is nice. Also, because softwood lumber typically used in stud wall construction in places like the USA can be expensive and hard to come by in some of these places. As for the dishwasher you rarely see these in Asia and its probably the same in South America. And of course even though we have been using sink garbage disposals in the West since the 1960’s they are non-existent in Asia. Anyway you could certainly build this house in the USA or Canada (asking about an entryway closet makes me think you are from one of those places) but you would have to alter the original plans somewhat to meet western building codes and construction techniques

While the cost of construction may be understandable, the cost of land will ensure you can't afford this house unless you build it in the remotest areas where land is cheap.
