IIRC the stage 3 version of the 458 is the challenge 458, kunos didn't have the licence to model the car, so they just put the challenge specs onto the stock 458 body
True. If you open the content menu for the 458 stage 3 in content manager (A very popular launcher for AC), the first tag is “#458challenge”.
It’s kind of wholesome that Ermz was hating on AC a few years ago and now he’s in love with it. Everyone comes back home to AC eventually

@@parigyanjana5853It's AC, look at the number plates. Also, to the dude above, he wasn't hating on AC, he had criticisms of it and rightfully so. AC is far from perfect even with mods, but you can still enjoy something you have some criticism about.
@@krakentortoise7531 IMO the only problem with AC are the drivers and nothing else. Still my favorite sim out there.

I never forget a lap at the ring like this. I was in the KTM X-bow following a RUF 911. He was speeding away at every straight but slower in the corners. I actually laughed out loud several times. Two completely different cars absolutely giving it all. A lap to never forget.
Those are the best laps.
This is why I love AC. The ability to just nab in every car you have installed on track day creates a special immersion you don't find in other games

This game is just awesome, even in vanilla. Best car/road feeling ever. Tried a ton of other sim racing games, always return to AC.

When you mod in the 3D trees, even regular Nordschleife servers will look this way for you. Just watch out - it's a big frame rate hit.
How did you get your game to look so good? I'd love to see you make a video showing us how to make our Nordschleife experience look exactly like this.

I’ve had a blast doing laps on the nord recently assetto corsa seems to kind of be a little on the small side during some turns but im so glad other people have had a blast chasing down gt3 cars. That’s what these servers are for!
Great racing! What mods are you running? AC looks and sounds better than GT7 at this point.
Oh boy, racing at the nords whilst utterly outclassed, definitely one of my hobbies, it isn't too rare to catch up to and pass stuff like time attack supras in a GT86 or a regular ND MX5 (mostly because of the sorts of people that tend to drive said supras), though one of my favourite moments was from one time I managed to hold off an R35 GT3 in an alfa giulietta (though lets be honest here, I wasn't blocking at all, and the driver was probably just chilling on track with some lofi in the background)
Oh interesting. I did this combo yesterday and got a 6:38 with traffic. I must say, your game looks considerably better than mine. Newest CSP and pure don't make up for bad PC and 1080p monitor.

There should be a free seat on a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup at our team. Or if too expensive i can get you in contact with a team running multiple cars there, a GR Supra, BMW e90 325i and multiple Ligier JS2 R. They have a Mazda MX-5 but i'm not sure it runs the Nurburgring 24 :)

btw 458 is my top pick at the Nur. Not the fastest but very playful and forgiving, sounds perfect and the interior is cool. Mega fun.

The games are too easy compared to real life, a 458 hitting within two seconds of the AMG Project One while dealing with traffic on the course is obviously ridiculous haha

I have my own of perfectly tailored AC with my own subjective choices to achieve "Photorealism",but id probably its moved more into Hyper-realism to help push immersion. Over all these years AC has clocked the most hours out of any Racing Title or other Games. Mainly since I dont play games much aside from Racing titles these days on the Sim Rig. So many hours collecting/updating/contributing with mods over its life and its been great. I have Nearly 700GB+ of User Created or Imported Tracks, Cars, and Other Content-Mods Related to AC, all stuffed onto its own dedicated 1TB SSD. Anyways, everytime I see someone elses visual configuration on youtube that look pretty good, my brain automatically thinks the grass is greener, ya know? Then I have to Bug people about what they're using. Jeez
