Leveling up carrier is such a pain. I wish carrier got credited for keeping distroyer spotted 😂
@@shawnli9258 I wish they got more bonuses for spotting damage or keeping stuff spotted. Even a potential damage system.
So, basically, Ladies and Gentlemen.... we are sparrows to a hawk. That's it. That's the game for a carrier.
On the subject of carriers, the only ones I still need to get are the Zuiho, Ark Royal, and USS Independence.
Of course, it’ll probably be a while before WG brings Ark Royal back after that whole snafu with the original release.
Independence might be the same since they rereleased her on PC as a whole new type of carrier.
Of course, fingers crossed we eventually get access to the French and Italian carriers. I know they’re Premiums and likely there’s no tech tree but still some variety is always a good thing.
Zuihō sucks. You need to drop torps minimum 2km to target.
@@yoru_nogitsune I figured that out the hard way. Torps hit like a truck but they have as long an arming time as the Russian torps.
Fun fact. The wesers AP planes has the biggest health pool in the game. 4400 HP and that's also including the legendary carriers.
Additional tip: if you’re sortieing a flight to one end of the map and your carrier is mid map, instead of flying all the way back, I find it faster to recall and launch a new flight from the deck to get air support on station

a tip for ranger, zuhio or ryujo players serov can and will citidal you those skip bombers are not a joke.
also to ranger players have fun getting citidal'd by SAP
also dont carrier snipe you'd be more useless than a T1 in LT
I always laugh when a DD carrier snipes me, they basically waste their ship just to hunt me down

I just had a game where the enemy saipan decided to waste 17 planes on my implacable and then they have the audacity to say that they're better 🙃🙃
@@Jacob-ABCXYZdude same with me except it was 30 planes I had shot down man did not have a fun match when he was the last left and I had still full squadrons and sank them in two strikes with my team

Good guide overall although there are 2 misinputs
-Zuiho is actually a little worse than Ryujo due to having lower plane speed trading it for plane hp which isn’t worth it at tier 5
-The British are faster than the Americans but they are slower than the Japanese
had no idea that we could send fighters somewhere, thought the consumable was just to launch them locally where your CV is

Love aircraft carriers, the new hybrids are sick too, wish I got to control the aircraft for a short period with them

I remember the days before the pesky carriers 👴 (from my experience the German planes are quite tanky, especially the Weser)
I don't get why only Russia gets skip bombers. The most famous use of that munition was the RAF "Dam Busters" to sink the Tirpitz in Norway.
“Boat load of bombs” was that a pun lol 😅

I took a break from world of warships legends . I enjoyed War Thunder more.
Ever since using Pobeda a lot I just cannot get used to other CVS.

Bro so much as I've been wanting to play this on phone because the mechanics are obviously so fucking different from console you're making me want to play this on the PS5 now this is so fucking epic I can now love the gameplay of this it's a good thing I was thinking about playing world of warships on the console

The problem mobile player not allowed to use a carrier that is so unfair😢
Mobile will always have problems. Optimizing it is tricky especially since mobile is a lot smaller than console and has less graphical and overall memory capabilities. Maybe one day, you'll get yourself a console or a PC. Until then, you will always be at a disadvantage and won't get all the things console/PC players get.
I was hoping the enterprise would be one of the u.s carriers its def not in the free version i have im sure they would make it a dlc only
Id probably pay 10$ for it since I haven't spent any on the game and in im running only at tier 4 so I haven't played a ton but enough to know i enjoy a handful of each type of ship so i wouldn't mind givin the game 10 bucks
I want enterprise so bad. Id drop a hundo plus some EASY if the mighty Enterprise CV-6 was added. It was our most successful carrier during WW2... Probably our most successful carrier EVER. Over 70 ships sunk by the hands of FREEDOM!
10 bucks? The pricing scheme in these games is ridiculous. They'd charge $80 USD at least. They've gotta be high to ask $80 for a singular premium ship.
I came back. After years because I heard cv were updated. Starting down 4 cv lines and going to use premium bb I got hyuga love it just wish had faster turn. Just need credit earner while I relearn the game. Have only played wargameing games since they started. Currently play wot. But am a blitz super Unicom 77.7 wr mostly an arty and light kinda guy. I like doing damage and maneuvering to avoid taking it. For bb I believe Japan is my line and for aircraft carriers Russian and English for they larger bomb drops. Turning back is a waste of planes
The Japanese planes are 20 knots faster than the American ones

I sold Saipan to buy another ship. Is there a way to buy it back? Or do I have to wait for it to show up in the store?
You have to submit a restoration ticket on their site under their support section. You also need to have the required amount of credits as well in your account to get it back.
@@DrGhostGames do you how much credits it is to purchase it back Doc?
@@Noneofyourbiz71 Probably around 22-25 million credits. They'll tell you exactly when you submit the ticket. It takes time for an agent to respond to you of course.

12 set of planes on a carrier is way to much and seems even bullets miss those planes. Subs are imposibile to play because of this.
Aircraft carriers are good and i have kaga but i never tested her after i finished her in the bureau

You for got the Premium ter v USS independence
Independence was apart of the 2-choice campaign (Black or Independence). Most people chose Black (myself included).
Still waiting for british premium carrier hoping for indomitable
Implacable is very good against other enemy carriers but also not so great against DDS as the bombs cover such a large area it sometimes doesn't really hit the DDS same with Americans and others but at least they do good damage per bomb but yeh the British carpet bombing doesn't have aload of pen so armoured decks are a nightmare but fire chance is great as it's like 30%ish and they drop like 16 bombs in one attack so is nice to see but very unreliable unless it's a Lexington then it feels great
Also like the slowest torps in game and majority of DDS move faster then them so yeh alittle painful when DDS focus on evading but easy to get used to and very reliable when you get used to it but don't expect aload of damage from torps as they only drop 2 per attack compared to the 3-4 from other carriers at tier
And forgot to mention the British torps have a short fuse time which is great for getting attacks off in between an island when a ship is trying to hug it
I have the mobile version, but some how I am not able to unlock aircraft carriers, even after obtaining enough xp. is it still not available in mobile version?
