@@sammick4663 no worries at all! If you wanted to book everything mentioned as a set itinerary I helped put together this package for RTW: www.rtwbackpackers.com/tours/backpacker-banter-east-coast-australia-deal/
Stoked you like it Jen! Indeed it’s a big place to explore so you do need a min of 2 weeks to cover the main spots on the East Coast. If you only had a week I’d say a couple nights in Sydney and then chill in Byron for a bit too 🤙
Super informative video man! You hooked me right up on my Australia East Coast adventure! I’ll never forget Fraser Island ... when Damian caught that fish by hand hahaha (the most Ozzy thing I’ve ever seen). Can’t wait to come travel with you again man!
Hello bro, Just to say massive Thanks for the info in this video dude! Im planning a road trip from GC to Cairns (then to Darwin) and all these suggestions sound Awesome! Shall be doing it on a budget but can't wait to see it all - this really helped me figure out my route! Cheers man- All the best on ya travels fella (:
Yeeeeeewwww stoked to hear it helped you out Benjamin and have an epic roadtrip! If you want some discounts on your tours up the coast hit me up via RTWBackpackers.com
Thanks for the straight forward guide. We're struggling on the best month to go, for beach lovers and sunshine the weather seems to change quite a bit as you travel from North to South (well, of what we've read). We're hoping March-April. What would you recommend? :)
No worries Nicky, glad it helped out! Indeed it can be a bit of a juggle but I’d agree on the March approach though. This blog will help you out too www.backpackerbanter.com/blog/best-time-to-visit-australia Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Happy days! This would be the 4 week option I’d recommend and you can also customise it if you want anything added/taken out: www.rtwbackpackers.com/tours/backpacker-banter-east-coast-australia-deal/
Planning on coming in October time dude. On a work visa from the UK. Wanting to do 6 week East coast trip Sydney to Cairns. Do you reckon that’s pretty good? Before I get a job lol
6 weeks is a solid run and gives you plenty of time to fit in all the best bits, keep flexible and explore - so yeah good plan all round! I’d book in your key tours in advance though (especially Fraser and Whitsundays) as it’ll start getting busy during that part of the year 🤙

How was your experience?
Good video but I wish you weren't so static with your arms and hands. Try moving them about a bit more.
🤣🤣🤣
Are jellyfish fish a problem in Australia, kind of nervous about that what’s your take thank you ❤
it really depends on the area and time of year so it does vary a lot. As long as you do your homeowork they're easy to avoid!

I’m thinking of doing a working holiday visa in Australia next year, would $6000 aud be enough money to take with me to get me started?
Thinking of starting In Melbourne and working up the east coast if that changes anything
To kick things off yes I think that would be comfortable - just dont leave it until the last minute to start looking for work!
Ok great thanks, yeah I was thinking to start working as soon as I can and travel after 👌🏼
