One thing Notion really has to work on is the left hand navigation - it's a nightmare of a MESS. 1) The only grouping options we have are Favorites, Shared, and Private. We need to be able to make our own groups! 2) Expanding pages on the side only shows other pages and databases within - it doesn't show groups / headers or anything else logical. Further, it won't show the pages within those databases - what good does that do? 3) I have to switch to an ENTIRELY different "workspace" just to see the other pages that have been shared with me. I should be able to see, in ONE single group, ALLLLLLL the pages that various people have shared me. Imagine 50 different notion users shared a single page with me. I have to switch to 50 different workspaces to access all those pages. RIDICULOUS.
