Shouldn't the keyword be "venomous" rather than "poisonous", seing as beasts among other cards are going to have it?

But that's only the very specific scientific definition of "poisonous". In everyday speech it just means "containing poison", basically. A word can have several senses, and just because one of those senses is academical that doesn't make it more correct. In any case, it's not like Patient Assassin is either poisonous or venomous, in the biological sense. He's just a dude what got poison on his knife. If anything, "Deadly" might've been a better keyword choice.
well 90% of the people out there can't tell the different and poison is just more popular so they went with it...I think :p

I'm sure he thought of this, but the dream is to have Jade Spirit in play...go Brann, Shadowcaster on Jade Spirit, then play one of them which will trigger twice. Not enough space to play second but still pretty awesome.
scaled nightmare doesn't work like that because how would you stop scaled cold blood. or maybe that inner fire deck with scaled.
It works with buffs, just not auras.

trump you say not that it mattered about the order. it did matter. you only had 7 dmg he had 8 hp if deadly shot hit the taunt and the charger hit the shadow rager
He just ment that he was probably going to win that game anyway not that it wouldn't save his opponent a turn
MoDRun it didn't matter because the card has charge Only when there is a tuant so once the tuant is killed it loses charge and can't hit the rager
no it doesnt lose charge lol it 'gains' charge when taunt. u never played the card so u wouldnt know and i guess trump also thought this.
thats why it isnt just a black knight because it keeps the charge when taunts dead

This is apparently a foolish and unpopular thing to say, please indulge my folly for a moment: is Argent Squire really that good? It's effectively a 1-drop 1/2 - literally the only thing it has going for it is that it can tank one hit. You can talk about combo potential - for example, with a blood knight I could understand - but by definition, that's dependent on other cards. The benefit there lies not in the card itself, but in the Divine Shield ability. Every other card with that ability, and every other card of its mana cost, is superior is some quantifiable way. By the same token, I see Psych-O-Tron and C'Thun's Chosen all the time. C'Thun's Chosen I understand - again, not for itself, but for how other cards relate to it. If divine shield is so good, why don't I ever see paladins using it?

Mikael Phenix and if a 1/2 takes one point of damage, it gets a second hit (or a 1/3 tanking the first hit, since there are a lot of 1-drop 2/1 minions)

It's good for taking tempo on your side, a sticky minion so to say. It's similar of how Alleycat or Possessed villiger is good; you play it on turn 1, it is more likely you will win the early tempo game, you will end up winning the later tempo game.
Divine shield is good, but the cost for it is really high. If you look at all the divine shield minions like Psycho-tron, Cthun's chosen, Sunwalker, divine shield takes away 3 stats. It is well worth the stats if you can use the divine shield effectively, like trading into a high atk minion. But in constructed this is somewhat harder than arena because you choose what removal or dmg spell you put into the deck; it takes only 1 dmg to peel the shield after all.
The reason why it's good is because it has potentially to trade up with anything that has 1 health without dying regardless of damage or 2 health with it dying. Then it can easily be buffed to trade even better than that. It's at a bare minimum a 1/2 but can do much better than what a 1/2 can except for heals and health related buffs
i think it usually averages to be about a 1/4 due to how it handles 2/2's and 3/2's, and against 2/1's
