I paid 80€ because i already hat many pieces, and i replaced the black cylinder parts with grey ones

if u really want them black buy a Tamiya black spray can (for plastic rc cars) can paint the 4x4x6 cylinder black its almost un noticeable

As a fan of Star Wars Darth Maul would have to be my favorite character from the series of Star Wars
I definitely opted out of the cylinder pieces and opted for your bricked off support for the base column

I’m currently bricklinking this together right now. I had a whopping 55% of pieces within my own collection, and just got 600 more for 80 dollars at my local Bricklink store. With just 170 pieces to go, I’ll have built one of the most unique LEGO Star Wars sets of all time, own an incredibly rare and popular white whale, all for under 150 bucks. I’m so excited to build it
6:54 I don't know if it's necessarily that it didn't sell as well because of lack of interest but it might have been the price point. They sold it for a few years at around $120. At the time that was a lot of money for a Lego set and it was the start of Legos really getting expensive. I don't like in modern times that they seem to cut corners by giving fewer details but fancier pieces. A perfect example of that I've noticed some of the Harry Potter reissues that they've done won't have as many set pieces but they'll have more detailed characters.

I would probably totally have that happen to me! I bought a sculpture recently from an artist friend of mine. Even though it doesn't even remotely look like a person and it's not supposed to be just because of the height of it there's been a few times I've come around the corner and it has startled me

i paused at the old lego menu so much nostalgia ngl i bought a lil lego set like 300 peices and tried to build it like the old manual where you had to remember to everything until i saw it was easier
nice...now we need a hooded ep3 obiwan head UCS moc. I think that would look the best! Good work on the Maul head none the less..however I would have added a different scheme for the red. Maroon pieces would have been darker and added to the effect of the eyes....haha just me being picky. love your channel!

I just began my journey to build this. I'm first sorting through my sorted pieces and 6 big tubs of bulk for the red and black pieces. Then I'll see what I have left to buy and hope I don't have to buy very much on bricklink.

Yes they're rare. they only appeared in like 2 sets. If you really have 10 I'd sell them ASAP.

I think what you need to do is go find a PDF of the instructions and in the back there should be a list of all the included pieces. Find the piece numbers and go from there. I'm actually in a Facebook group where somebody ordered two sets of pieces but instead of getting rad they got yellow and built Darth maul's brother Savage
