Good demo in Epson
I bought this in May and it worked great! I had to update my Mac recentlly and now I get a 'no rosetta found' error when I try install on my new mac. What can I do??

It can also scan film negatives?
Can't do negatives.
Wont scan 100% of the document... i get a product that is 1/4 the page. What setting do i change?

Maximum Scan Area Flatbed 8.5" x 11.7"? Really? how about 8.5" x 14"?...Do you have Scanner that capable of scanning Legal size paper?...

how do you load the software without disc ability?

MY Epson 39 did not come with CD. It appears to have connected with my Apple online and downloaded th software. Where does the documets get stored in my apple. How do I retrieve them?
