If you purchase this bike DO NOT purchase the cargo rack offered through Fahr. Look elsewhere. The cargo rack does not match up with the bike as would be supposed. And they literally send you zip ties with the rack to secure it to the bike due to the predrilled holes of the rack and bike not matching up.
I purchase the cargo rack off of amazon and I had to drill new hols in the rack to mount it. Not every thing in life is plug and play that's the fun of living every day. If you can't drill new holes in the rack you probably have a friend like me that would drop everything to help you drill and mount it that's how friends build relations ships.
Don't trust them. they remove reviews from their website. Hence only 5 star reviews. They removed mine quickly. My bike caught fire and they ignored all correspondence.
I have had no problems talking to them. My bike came and I was unable to ride the bike and i got a hold of them and they had the new part to me in two weeks and I was up and riding. Sorry you are having a problem with them .
@@attme Just a run down of my full ordeal that just ended. I received my bike. My first ride on the bike the controller caught fire and the battery possibly vented. I sent emails and after 10 days they responded asking for evidence. I sent them dozens of photos in high resolution. They reviewed and took responsibility for a severed wire that was cut by sharp unfinished metal of the internal frame. They asked how I wanted to be compensated. I said replacement bike or refund. They ghosted me after that. I had to provide their emails and my photos to my CC company and my case was just settled with a full refund as their bank agreed. It took me over a month and a lot of time. They should have just done the right thing in the first place. They were relying on me just disappearing.
