this is the best drift build i have come across. went from scoring 50-60k at most with an assortment of different cars and builds, to constantly scoring 70k minimum and 80k+ on some better attempts. finally got a lucky run where i could carry the drift through and out of all 3 turns with just 3 transitions (one transition before the first turn, drifting into the start of the zone for bonus points) and got it done. Thank you for this build
for anybody wondering how he’s extending the corners so deep and keeping the acceleration it’s clutch and manual, while holding the clutch hitting near the corners the car stays same speed and the rev limiter is maxed allowing the car to slide through the straight away into the corner allowing more drift score
Actually I don't use clutch... I hold e-brake and accelerator at the same time, then let off the e-brake when I need and continue holding the accelerator. But the logic is still the same... keep the revs up while e-braking so the car still has mad torque and revs when I let off the e-brake

Not completely sure though as it is one of the glitched zones, so I never worried about competing on it... infact, I don't play the game anymore because so many zones have been found to be glitched

Powersliding has nothing to do with awd lol do your homework, a powerslide can done with an rwd too, it just means a slide at the end of a turn cause off too much Power. A drift is aniciated before the apex, dont cares about rwd or awd
Hopefully its fixed for horizon 5 brother... but doubt it. I was emailing back and forth with them over a year ago about the glitches. Told them absolutely everything they needed to know. They gifted me a bunch of wheelspins and were supposed to be fixing it. A few months later I followed up but never got a response and all the glitches and glitched scores are still there. Not sure if they just couldn't fix or what.. but either way I stopped playing the game long ago because of it
I really could not get my head around this approach and instead used the same as for all the other drift zones: 2006 Formula Drift #43 Dodge Viper SRT with Triptonik tune. Turn off stability and traction and leave car in 3rd gear all the time. Coming from the top going downhill I got over 100k which is good enough for me.
When I use sim steering I go right then need to counter steer then it goes too quick on the counter steer before you know it I’m in the trees, how can i practise?
vDxstruction go to a wide open area like the highway or something and just do fishtails down it continuously until you get used to transferring. its hard to use at first but gets easy very quick if you just stick to it.
I seriously don't understand this f##king car. All my PBs are with either the sunbeam tiger or the willys jeep and I cannot get anywhere near them with this no matter whose tune I have on it
`stache bot this car has a lot of grip, unlike any other of the top drift cars, so it handles different to the rest, and transfers fast. Hard to get used to but worth it in the end
Turn 10 and playground games need to ban FD cars and AWD, FWD cars from drift zones. To many people drifting high hp cars like why can’t people drift with 350 hp not 900 to 1000 hp.
Stop crying.. I'd blitz all your scores in my 4 cylinder rwd s13 anyways. The cars are only used because the can score slightly higher then others. Either way.. Ive got a few 2nd/3rd global positions with a 4 cylinder fiat abarth 595

Keep doing drift zones to unlock more. On your main map, change the filter and only select drift zones... See which ones you haven't done then go do them
Winter Snowfall make sure the tune you're using is called: new drift zone. turn all assists off in settings and use 5th gear. You still may not score as high though, remember.. I'm a world record holder for drift zones.
Terry Clark me and tip continuously beat each other.. wait a few months for the top records to be actually set. plus I've givin drift zones a break for the past week or 2 anyways.. CBF going over the same zoned everyday to get back 1st

@@Aged_Whiskey I held the world record for 90% of drift zones on horizon 3 for near 2 years and when horizon 4 came out, started banging out number 1's on that too till people found glitches for it. (I have a vid up showing some of the glitches so u can see im not just full of shit and salty because my score got beat lmao) but anyways, being number 1 did absolutely nothing for me. Was really just a waste of time. There's no professional competition for drifting on forza and it doesn't get you a high viewed UA-cam channel. It's a dead game that is really only something to fuck around with and not bother trying to go hard on. I learnt that the hard way... now only race on motorsport 7 every now and then. I might drift again in horizon 5. But definitely won't put the same effort in. There's no point

Nah these Reddit neckbronies will defend Forza all they want, but Forza has ALWAYS felt terrible. It's an inaccurate and bad simulator while also being a TERRIBLE arcade racing game due to the terrible Inertia Physics. The reasons why cars feel terrible to turn in these games, is because you don't get the sense of speed at the lower end. Even so, this game will have you understeering into trees nonstop without a proper Wheel & Pedal setup. Controller in third person feels goofy to try and Sim with, which is why Need for Speed and other Arcade Racers, go for a more enjoyable approach to their driving physics (knowing most ppl are playing on Controller) (Try doing these Drift Zones with Stick Drift) 😂 Manual TC & SC off Normal Driving ABS On -Grab the FD Viper or Hoonicorn -Stay in the proper gear while drifting, peppering throttle rather than trying to hold it,Power to Weight, Center of Gravity, and hit the curves

The tune is good but once you get out of the sweet spot, the points don’t even count and it’s hard to get in the sweet spot
