    Mujhe puri raat need nahi aati aur subh me ye feel bhi nahi hota ki mai raat me soi nahi hu. Din me bhi nahi soti I'm very disturbed this problem

    In Odisha most of the people are poor.
    In one room 3/4/5 members sleep. In same room they eat, sleep, watch TV , sit . It is difficult to overcome insomnia.
    The people who are doing job they sleep in mess where 2/3/4 guys sleep
    in one room . Room mates don't feel one's feeling and emotions . They keep watching smartphone, tv, snoring, disturbing, louding . Very very sad to cure insomnia

    Aaj tak Kabi itne anubhawi doctor se mulakat nahi Hui.mai 15 sal se depression ka Sikar hoon.nind aana lagbhag band ho Chuka hai.aur concentration bhi khatm ho Chuka hai.par apki help se bimari ka pata Laga.

    Take 10-12 drops of Turmeric liquid extract with lukewarm milk or water in morning and bed time for 20 days. You will see the difference and feel energetic nd fresh with good sound sleep. I am diabetic and Insulin dependent since last 42 years and taking this regularly since long.

    Sir, Time par neend nahi aati, 1/2 -1 hpur baad aa bhi jati hai to 3-4 gante baad phir khul jati hai fir kabhi-kabhi to 2-3 gante dobara neend aane mai lag jate va subah late jaga jata hai. Month mai 15times
