- After 3 months and around 60 hours of work, it's finally finished! Also, first video of 2023 wooo! This video took a lot longer than normal due to school and the fact that it's my first time animating on constants. I'll definitely be uploading more frequently in the future! There are a bunch of small mistakes and errors I didn't have time to fix, but I hope you enjoy it anyways :)
Made using Blender 3.5, Mecabricks, NiemanSculpt, and Davinci Resolve

Words cannot express how monumentally incredible this animation is! I do not joke when I say it's the best, for I 've seen astounding 2D animations and amazing stopmotion animation for Ninjago but never have I seen 3D animation of such length, constant quality, and imagination as I've seen here today!
You should be monumentally proud of what you achieved and I wholeheartedly hope you make more animations of this superb quality! I also had the dumbest smile on my face when I heard the Kung Fu Panda music as it fits Ninjago so perfectly and you accentuated the best moments of the music with your matching animation! That is new level of skill that must be commended!
I can't properly how unreal this animation is, it's better than some official animations Lego themselves have released! Fantastic job and rest assured, we will watch your career here on UA-cam (and hopefully beyond!) with great interest!

Outstanding work. Really captures the style of the series. My favorite part was the interior fight choreography.
Maybe you could add some more prebuilt rockformations onto the mountains to make it look less generated.

Amazing work! I especially like the smears. How did you come up with the idea of using those lego pieces. Try and error? Whats your general workflow?
thanks! most of the smears were inspired directly from The Lego Movie and the smear pieces those animators used. it's also just trial and error like you said, trying to find pieces that look good

they're just hand-animated to appear for those few frames. it's tedious but gets the job done!

this is so good! i love the smear frames and master wu’s fluid motion. just curious on how you made the background is it an generated image or is it part of the mecabricks set
thanks! the background mountains are made with Blender's ANT landscape generator. I just used a remesh modifier to make them look blocky
