Ok here is my and probably many others, I pay UA-cam dang near $15.00 a month so I don't have to listen to commercials. Now you're going around that for a sponsor. I totally understand what and why you do that. Then the B word, but!!!!! Personally I could tolerate maybe a 30 second add for your sponsor while you are peeing on my $15.00 a month, because I understand you need that money. I have been following you since you started working on Matts stuff or maybe even before, I'm not sure, but I really don't like anything over a 30 second add for your sponsor. Doing it 2 or 3 times during an episode, I'm out of here. The thing you have to remember, for every person that will take the time to do what I am doing right now, there is 300 people or more that will not write this. So even though I love you all and your videos, I do have my limits, because I really can't afford paying that $15.00 a month as I had to retire early from heart problems and Social Security only gives me about $1200.00 a month to live off of. You are peeing on my $15.00 bucks. I'm trying real hard to be nice about this but saying enough that you understand where I and no telling how many others, that will not take the time to do this. Please respect our time and money the we pay for no commercials. Thank you, and love you all and the videos, but 30 second add for your sponsor is all I will live with. Wish you all the best and Merry Christmas.
You've got a yard full of cars, this is something you should do on a semi regular basis. It's a win-win-win. We love watching the car go from terrible to like new, the recipient will certainly be in need and grateful, and the boss will be happy that you're cleaning up.
Wow what a beautiful transformation, I agree with some comments I hope whoever receives the van next is appreciative and, keeps it clean !!!!!!!’ The team worked hard 💪 appreciate it and, take care of the van !!!!!!!!
Whoever is responsible for adopting the shop cat, THANKS! And it goes without saying, your team is the best anywhere. Your expertise, camaraderie and ability to entertain us in the process, well...that's huge!
Ozone generators are used to keep your fridge fresh, it's not dangerous unless you get a very high concentration. Sitting inside the car while you have the generator is working is dangerous, but just putting your head in to check will not cause you any problems. Old TV sets used to generate ozone from the 27 thousand volts supply to the picture tube. I loved the smell :)
It's so nice to see people still helping others out when in need. My wife and I were very comfortable at 1 time and helped alot of families. We lost our business due to covid so things are very hard for us. We have 4 kids and each day is a struggle. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is our new life but 1 day we will be back on our feet. I didn't send a email due to there are so many families that need help. I'm a giver and honestly would give me last dollar to one that needs it more the US. Happy Holidays Robby and crew. Also to all the followers! Enjoy!
You made that crusty old van look like new! The van donation is obviously very generous but the amount of time you and your crew put into it (late nights, etc) is very telling of your characters! Thanks for what you do.
Robby always seems to be more cheerful and full of beans when he is working on a project that benefits someone else in a charitable way. It says a lot about his exemplary character. It is fair to say that the whole team seem to be enjoying it also and it really is fun to work on something that is in the spirit of the season and also not for a paying customer. The simple difference of doing something that you want to do rather than have to do. The energy in the shop is so infectious that it magically travels along the internet to we the viewers too. Great work. On a separate note, I am impressed with that vehicle's rear fold-down seats. A true full-flat that I'm sure anyone who needs to carry a lot of stuff from time to time will appreciate. Or even just a couple of bicycles to cycle around a lake somewhere. Much better than the terrible 'ski-slopes' that we get in the back of most vehicles these days. It took Land Rover only a few years to rectify the terrible rear folding seats in the Defender 90 that until the end of this year, left you with a black run ski-slope it was that bad. The improvement has left us with nursery slope. So that van really is very well designed, albeit it easier to do in a van than a proper 4x4 like the Defender et al.
Thanks Robbie and Avalon King. You're brining tears to my eyes thinking about making a christmas for a family that otherwise wouldn't have had one. Y'all are awesome thanks for doing this x 1000
Very impressive that you don't have a big box of "extra" parts after reassembling all of that. Fun to watch the process and excited to see the giveaway. Also very cool that the family that gets the van can go back and watch the whole process.
Van looks great! I love that your giving back, this Christmas one family will be so excited to receive the gift of giving back from the Layton family and crew! Til next time, see you then. 😊
Love that Robby keeps telling everyone not to smell the ozone. then he goes out and sticks his head in the van and takes a big sniff. Still love the videos.
Lincoln is going to attend his first day of Pre-K and wonder why he's the only kiddo there who knows how to Blow, Tack and Anti-Static a body panel, after body-working it in Dad's shop! Go, little guy!
Very cool of Avalon King to step up and help with the van giveaway. One suggestion, after cleaning the wheels put the ceramic coating on them,.too. It should help keep them clear of brake dust longer. Oh, and I love the product names Avalon King came up with!
Layton Nation is Awesome.. it will be pretty difficult to find the right family to give the Van to. Lots of need in this day and time. Thanks for all you do. MWP Cosby Tn
This a great thing y'all are doing. The van turned out really nice. Where's my tissue? And thanks to Avalon King for their participation. Merry Christmas to the family at Layton Automotive.
These videos are the best kind to watch. I cannot wait to see who gets this and the look on their faces. I know you guys will pick a very deserving family.
I hope you find the right family for the van and your generous gifts. This will be a life changer. Merry Christmas to you and the crew. Plus, pet the shop cat for us.
wish my family could win this. it sucks im on disability and cant work. wife kills herself at work everyday for our kids. i feel like a chump cuz i can only get my kids cheap stuff and maybe 3 things for xmas. but who ever does get this god bless. thank u robby and crew for all u guys do. and ur videos along with paul rory and mats have helpped me with my depression over the yrs. thanks u all
Nice job on the cosmetics, but how about the mechanical condition of the van. Checking and changing fluids. Checking the brakes. A tune up , new cabin and engine filters. The cabin filter may be a source of residual smells. Don't want the new owners to have mechanical concerns.
I get all that, and sure. But you also have to realize, they’re giving you a free damn vehicle, if you can’t get some simple things done to the vehicle that was given to you…, sorry but you probably shouldn’t own a vehicle. Part of owning/driving a vehicle is paying to maintain it, which most people don’t and wonder why eventually they have to replace one thing after another after another.
It wouldn't cost Robby a dime to at least check a few things. I can envision a young single mother winning this fabulous God sent gift and then going out one cold morning to start it, only to find that the battery is dead. She doesn't know a dip stick from lipstick.. She borrows some jumper cables from a neighbor and promptly hooks up the positive to the negative and fries come electronic components. An ounce of prevention ------------------------- would have saved her a $1400 bill that she can ill afford.@@dakotamiller643
I have to say that Avalonking is amazing. Robby has been say this is why I bought some of there products, just amazing company, over the top customer service and product!!
God bless you guys! And bless Demri for taking in that poor little shop cat! I'm sure it will help keep the rodents and mice in check! You and the whole team are the best Robby!
That's alot of work man wow most people don't understand how much it takes by just watching this video I've done that install before on one of those van's it's crazy how many pieces there is that has to go in there.
You guys do amazing work and good on you for giving a working vehcile to a family in need. Alot of people are hurting in this economy, so every bit helps, especially a new vehicle.
You need to get some SCOE 10X to "de-stink" the give-a-way van. That stuff is great and will kill the odor better than anything else. I used it on a barn house I bought where the previous owner had a bunch of cats that peed everywhere. The SCOE 10X got rid of the cat urine odor completely.
Great job! Going to be a great van for a family for sure! I noticed the rear wiper pointed north at rest. I’m pretty sure it should be at rest parallel with the bottom of the window.
You can remove the gas cap just squeeze the bottom of the cap at the base under the lock and hopefully that will help I lost my key and was still able to use mine .you guys are awesome I enjoy watching all your videos
the amount of hard work put in to make this van acceptable at the very least to the person who receives it, is beyond astounding. I've been a subscriber and watcher of the channel for quite a long time. ya'll go above and beyond. Happy Holidays From my familia to yours.
Great job, would have thought you might run the ozone machine a second time after everything was installed to get anything lingering in the carpets and panels, bring it from kid smell to NOS.
Robbie your scar will fade away as time goes on. I was in a car wreck in 1993 and cut it forehead along the left side from my hair line to my eye. Across the eyelid and the bridge of my nose in an L shape. At first it looked like yours . It looked like a pink rope. After about 5 years it was flat and flesh colored now after 30 years you have to really look to see it. Good job on the van.
3 out of 10 on smell scale big difference! Maybe another ozone treatment? You guys have done so much to bring it back from life. People in need often seek out their local church so you have a better chance at finding genuine need there versus sorting through all those emails.
I really consider your actionto be awesome, and i hope it will hit a family in need, and end some dire circumstancs by x-mas miracle! BUT i do really adore "Bombi", your shop cat, ahe seems to be quite happy, which i love to see too! Thank you Robby & Crew! Kind regards from Austria.
You need to modify the ozone generator. The motors will never last in the current configuration. Mount the generators in a bucket with a lid (or an old vaccum). Use the vacuum to push air through the bucket and into the car. I know a bit of a pain, but this will prevent motor failures due to ozone degradation of the insulation and other parts in the motor.
Most shop vacs do not have the Motor in the Air stream like some Home Vacuums did. Thats why the top of the Shop vac has air vents around the top of the motor housing. The junk vac that burned up are not meant to run for Hours on end LOL He'd benefit with a Speed control to slow the Motor down.
Great job on the Van, it looks really amazing 🤩. Thanks 👍 to everyone for all your hard work 🙏. Some one is going to be very blessed to have it. Happy Holidays ⛄.

To a lucky man what a beautiful wife Robby😮🙄😎🤠🙉🙈🙊
You need to re-run the "Ozone Machine" now that youve put all the panels that were touching the garbage back in
The minimal ozone created by that ozone generator won’t kill you. It’s an irritant at best.
Just put the ozone generators you have in the van, no need to run the vacuum.

The cat looks so happy. Thank you for taking the poor kitty in great job guys
Now they have two whiskers at the shop. A bombi called whiskers and real whiskers called Bombi. LoL.

I hope the family who receives the van appreciates all the work, funds and time that went in to that van.
I know I wouldn't I probably burn it. I hate minivans. all vehicle out there he has to pick a minivan lol.
@@funtyes1970 Perfect for families.

Lightning also makes ozone as does the solar wind.
Glad someone mentioned this

QUOTE OF THE VIDEO: So many buttons to pull." Thanks Robby!
This is an awesome thing you are doing !
Thanks Avalon King for sponsoring Robby so we can enjoy these videos. Also thanks for donating $2000 to a lucky family.
15 Celsius is about 59 Fahrenheit... so the temp gauge is probably set to degrees Celsius 🙂 Great job Team Layton and your supporters too... 🙂
Bless you all for the kindness of this gift. Humanity at it's finest. ❤
A couple of TV screens for the kids sitting in the back seats would have been a great additive. Especially for the kids.
You made that crusty old van look like new! The van donation is obviously very generous but the amount of time you and your crew put into it (late nights, etc) is very telling of your characters! Thanks for what you do.
Pretty cool that a family in need will get this van and some cash. Giving to those in need always feels good. 👍🏻
I love the detail you put into vehicles that you're giving away. You all do great work.

Very impressive that you don't have a big box of "extra" parts after reassembling all of that. Fun to watch the process and excited to see the giveaway. Also very cool that the family that gets the van can go back and watch the whole process.
That's because they were expertly reinstalled.
I'm so proud of you guys for going to such great lengths to clean up this vehicle for a family in need. You guys apptimize CLASS!!!
Van looks great! I love that your giving back, this Christmas one family will be so excited to receive the gift of giving back from the Layton family and crew! Til next time, see you then. 😊

This van giveaway was the coolest thing. The cherry on top is the cash. Wow! If I had money I would do this every month.
Thank you Avalon King for your generosity ❤

God Bless all for getting this van ready to give away.

Hey Robby.. Plastic welding is fun.. I've been welding large PVC, PP, PE tanks for 20 years at my shop, We build Water treatment equipment up in SLC.
Good morning you guys will make a lucky families entire year for sure. You guys are the best
I have never seen an ozone machine within a shop vac. The regular ozone machines are awesome.
yall went all out on that van. so cool to see you doing this for a family in need
That is awesome. Hope the family really appreciates it
Great job and video. Hopefully your example of giving back is contagious and others will follow your lead.
Robbie’s got it made. Gorgeous wife, beautiful family and awesome friends. That’s about all a guy can ask for.
Awesome job guys! Hey Hillbilly the degrees in the van are correct -
15°Celsius = 59° Fahrenheit, you said 55°F, close.
Great video the recipient of the van will be blessed Robby you are a great guy also the boss Demri is a doll.
We used to use onions and /or cups of lacquer thinner to neutralize smell in cars. Then, pine tree branches . Worked well!
Stay awesome Layton crew!
That little chair in the van = MORE STICHES 😢
This is awesome what you are doing. Thanks for giving back. God bless!
God bless you for this help to a needy family. 🇺🇲
Great video! Thank you Avalon King for sponsoring this video! Your products are Awesome!
Outstanding AF
Good job on the "Club Car"
Nice job guys, van looks as new as is possible. Some family who needs some luck will certainly appreciate it. Great bit of Christmas spirit.
lol, I love the "extra long phillips screw driver", it definitely works better!
