Only because many take school for granted and do not know what it is to be without it. There is much we take for granted because of our prosperity, unfortunately. Many of us, even those in the lower middle class and within the poorer communities, we do not realize how close to kings we live compared to small villages miles from the nearest city. Most of us have never truly lived life without the luxury and technology we have at our finger tips. Most of us don’t know what it’s like to live without a refrigerator, without a phone, without ovens or washing machines or tv or electricity. Most of us don’t even know how to hunt game and gut an animal to prepare its meat for consumption. Most of us have never had to learn how or where to fetch fresh water in nature beyond a water bottle or drinking fountain or garden hose. Most of us might have never learned to grow our own gardens and raise crops to feed ourselves. Most of us may have no clue where or how to find and harvest the materials we need from plants and animals to tailor our own clothing, let alone, how to make clothes from scratch, or even sow a button onto a shirt. Most of us do not know what it is like to walk on foot for miles down country roads, hills, and utter wilderness, and have to sleep outside on the side of the road with nothing but the clothes on our backs before continuing to walk again the rest of the day for several days straight. Most of us have never considered how many of some of the most common, mundane, yet life-changing things we have came to be, or what humanity had to resort to before such simple things were invented: things like pencils, paper, dishes and utensils, containers, string, soap, even how to shower without a bathroom or relieving ourselves without a toilet or toilet paper. The average American usually has no clue how good they have it, how pampered we are here compared to many people around the world. Many may be even surprised to learn that there are still isolated tribes out there in the most cut-off parts of the world that still live in primitive small huts and rely on hunters and gatherers with nothing more than simple bows and arrows and stone knives.

@anonymous one go back to 4chan “true” stories ya basement dweller your the type of guy to lecture a doctor during surgery if you are so smart then start solving problems with all that “intelligence” that I guarantee you brag about
One point of correction: Giardia is not actually not a bacteria, it is what's called a flagellated protozoan, which means that it has tentacle-like extensions called flagella that it uses to move around. Protozoa are distinct from bacteria by the presence of a nucleus and are classified as parasites.
I don't know how to express how smart I think these three are without it seeming condescending. But I find myself nodding along and thinking "wow I wouldn't have thought of that" to so much of what Babu and Raeen say.

Also please explain them that anti-biotics don't kill viruses because we don't consider them to be alive and that they work differently that bacteria and microscopic parasites. Stay safe!
Most antibiotics work by replacing chemicals in bacterial cell membranes. This weakens the membrane so that when the cell grows it ruptures and the cell dies. Viruses are not cells and therefore have no cell membranes. The only benefit to taking an antibiotic when you have a viral infection is to prevent secondary infection, e.g. pneumonia.

15:10 That is a very good question... I do not know the answer to that, it is definitely a question worth exploring. The least I can say is: supposedly, all life came from the ocean, or some sort of body of stagnant water. According to scholars, the first forms of life were microscopic organisms. What I can say for sure though is, most of the cells in our body are born from the marrow of our bones. The thing about most bacteria and viruses is, they need a host to survive and multiply, or at least a humid, moist or wet place with a warm temperature with other micro organisms to feed on. For bacteria and viruses, the human body is like a paradise; the most perfect place to multiply and feed itself; and like thuggish leeches, or cutthroat pirates, they come in and try to hijack your body to feed itself. Bacteria and disease only care about itself, they doesn’t care what happens to its victim, so it kills your cells and steals the nutrients that your body worked hard to convert and feed your cells from the food you eat, until there is nothing left to nourish it, which would be when the host dies and decays. That is typical of bacteria. As for viruses, they technically don’t need anything to eat, in fact, the actual virus itself is technically not alive. But it still causes chaos in the body.

How an electron microscope works, from the preparation of the objects (the so called "sputtering" with gold vapors) to the creation and maybe coloration of the image.
Bacteria reproduce through binary fission, which is a process where a single cell becomes two or more parts and then those parts generate into a separate entities. Viruses are not life as they do not reproduce on their own (also a few other reasons), but instead must replicate by using another organism's living cells. Mutations and copying errors occur in both, giving us variety, as in all lifeforms and pseudo-lifeforms.

Sarru asked an insightful question about where viruses come from. I can assure him that I have many friends with advanced degrees who don’t understand this. First, we need to understand that each type of cell is vulnerable to viruses that will only infect it and perhaps one or two other species. Even bacteria have their own viruses. Secondly, not all bacteria and viruses are harmful to humans and animals. (When I was a student at university many years ago, we practiced with harmless bacteria and observed how viruses infected them, killed many bacteria, but enabled some to survive. These days, microbiology students may do even more sophisticated experiments.) Thirdly, viruses don’t really “attack”. They are packages that certain cells will absorb, make copies of, and send out for other cells to do the same. The cells in our body will do this even when we don’t feel sick. Harmful viruses drive our cells to stop serving our body and only generate virus in large quantity. Eventually, the cells in our body produce enough virus that our body detects them as alien, and mounts an attack. That is when some of us feel symptoms like headache, fatigue, or fever. The majority of us don’t feel those symptoms and our cells produce just enough virus for us to breath out, spit out, or otherwise get on our skin to let another human (or sometimes, animal) to take up and continue the process of replication. This happens, ALL THE TIME. And like I said, for most viruses, we don’t even notice. Some people might be harmed or killed, but not enough to justify making vaccines that come with their own side effects. I hope this helps in our understanding. There is much more to say about the genetics of viruses and how they help us understand human genetics. The stuff my friends in virology and clinical epidemiology discovered in the past year will be in our children’s textbooks in the next decade.
The question about where viruses and bacteria come from is a really good question, but kind of complex. A video about evolution and then about symbiosis and co-evolution would maybe be a good place to start to answer that question.
Ct scans type of stuff next maybe? I’d still love to see them watch that be they showed the astronaut where you take off and go into space.. it’s awesome when the pen starts floating

In case anyone is interested and doesn't already know this, a virus is actually a _very_ simple little thing. It is often _much_ smaller than even bacteria. It is basically just RNA (or DNA) strands inside a little capsule. It floats around in your body until it sticks to your cells, then puts it's RNA inside your cell. Once inside, it takes control of the cell and changes the cell into a factory that makes more of the same virus particles. At some point, the cell dies and bursts open, and all the new virus particles get out and repeat the process. This continues until your immune system recognizes the virus and manages to kill it off, or you die. Bacteria is different, because it is actually alive, unlike a virus. (the virus is more like a piece of code that ends up in your cell, and the cell reads the code and does what it says) The bacteria basically goes around munching on stuff inside your body, either your stuff or other microorganisms, and reproduces itself. It does not require your cells to do the work for it. It's funny that one of the most dangerous threats to human life is not something huge like a bear, or vicious like hippo, but something that is just so incredibly tiny that we have a difficult time finding and addressing the problem. In fact, if it WAS big like a normal animal, we would have subjugated it long ago.
I love Babu. He always puts his finger on the essentials with that unmistakable spark of wisdom that is so rare nowadays , he is also genuinely amazed by modern technology, appreciates it and he is always grateful for the experience, eager to learn.

Bacteria reproduce through binary fission, which is a process where a single cell becomes two or more parts and then those parts generate into a separate entities.
Viruses are not life as they do not reproduce on their own (also a few other reasons), but instead must replicate by using another organism's living cells.
Mutations and copying errors occur in both, giving us variety, as in all lifeforms and pseudo-lifeforms.
you can show them the videos of people helping people, people saving others. Its good to see some good when the times are so bad for everione
Great Topic. Show them Black holes. Or show them the Large Hadron Collider and what it does. a-Ligo would also be an interesting topic. They'd learn how merging neutron stars warp the fabric of the universe.
It would be really cool to show them nature footage from around the world! I think they would enjoy that. 😊
Raeen is so smart i feel that he has so much potential to do great things in life! Hopefully he will get to use that potential in the future
Imagine if the villagers got introduced to ancient machines!
You should show them the 1978 film Powers of 10. It zooms out from a human to the observable universe, then all the way in to subatomic particles.
Your best episode so far. Thank you for not just entertain us and help us all in learning about other cultures but also to teach important knowledge. I hope to see more channels like yours in the future to come, that expand the "tribal people try food" to something of real importance
I am glad I've stumbled across this channel, Where exactly are these 3 people from?
they are from India and according to producers , the central part of India
I would really love to see a travel show with these 3 men. They have open minds and hearts to new and different experiences. I would love to see them react to new places and things that are not shown on a screen.
I love these gentlemen. What amazing human beings! I am learning so much from their thinking. The purity & honesty. Just because someone grew up isolated from the rest of the world doesn't mean they aren't extremely intelligent, too. I hope they all stay safe and healthy from COVD 19, as well as sending light and thoughts for the entire country. Its heartbreaking to hear the news from over there every day. Much respect for them.
The video itself was interesting and the comments from the three men insightful. Love your channel. Everyone please be smart and safe follow the guidelines. Love from Arizona USA🌵
These days, microbiology students may do even more sophisticated experiments.)
Thirdly, viruses don’t really “attack”.
Thank u for the well wishes, young sir, as i wish the same back to you, health and overloads of your favorite foods!
The question about where viruses and bacteria come from is a really good question, but kind of complex. A video about evolution and then about symbiosis and co-evolution would maybe be a good place to start to answer that question.

Lol
Wow that’s the first time I’ve ever heard a curse word on the Common man show lol it’s cool though I didn’t expect that
Ct scans type of stuff next maybe? I’d still love to see them watch that be they showed the astronaut where you take off and go into space.. it’s awesome when the pen starts floating
they did that video! its great. I believe about 3 months ago about astronauts in space.
Can you react to prehistoric ice age animals
Evolution of life video and the extinction events.
I love these guys, they show wonder like children when they discover new things.
I love the analogies to the elephant and fruit, very descriptive. These men are also so intelligent and kind and receptive!
Great video as usual but I feel you may of scared the hell out of them on this one ☝️
Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos, and translating everything to English! It's great to see different perspectives.
This entire channel is so freaking wholesome.
React to the creepy things living at the bottom of the ocean.
New to this channel so not sure if it's been done but I'd love to see foreigners reacting to the everyday life of all these gentlemen.
I am always wondering about the background music. It reminds me of the Red Dead Redemption Games. I saw a video advertising them playing GTA 5. You should definitely let them play the RDR Games, I think it would be fun.
I love your videos
Thanks
I hope you’re all keeping safe from Corona in India right now ❤️
Amazing channel, by the way!
Love see them reacting to a video on the Immune system and how it responds to infection
It's nice when these guys are cracking up laughing ,can you show them" Mr Bean ?" Everyone understands it
You guys coudl show them other sports such as skateboarding or even formula 1. I think it would be interesting..
The places utube takes me....
Large & small....
Old & young...
Near & far...
Gods blessings & peace upon you.. a world away..my friends...I haven't met...
Yet....
I REALLY wanna explain how viruses and bacteria work when seeing this video and hearing their speculations.
These videos are incredible, always amazing to see their perspectives on things.
It wonderful to hear how these people interpret in their own words what they are seeing. Just think of how people thousands of years ago interpreted & reasoned what they saw, how it worked & what caused it. Even as recently as 100 years ago.
Show them some videos from channel called "Journey to the Microcosmos". I would like to see them react to video "How Microscopic Hunters Get Their Lunch"
You could show them the landing process of the Mars rover, that video is spectacular and they would enjoy it!
I wish y'all are safe in this though times, stay strong!
This channel is absolutely wonderful.
In a few years... Asian, European, African and American walk in to the bar...
*tension grows*
"Finally the coronavirus is gone. Cheers"
Everyone: *nods in agreement*
I want to say I am glad to see them alive and healthy. The coronavirus is devastating their country right.
Yes
"This too shall pass♥️"
I pray for you all and your families from safety from the virus and for myself and for all of us thank you for your prayers
A good work. i feel like i reviewing what I learned from school with them again!
The elderly gentleman is really pragmatic and clearly understands the danger posed by viruses & bacteria and other micro-organisms
I bet if they are educated properly, they could just be as smart as any college student. Love the way they analyze the bacterial appearance based on their eyesight. 😇😇
Btw I pray that they're safe in their village, considering the current COVID situation in India. CMS crew, please keep our three reaction heroes safe and sound by reminding them to put their masks on and keep the hygiene and all. 💓
Also, something different yet hopefully just as exhilarating, please have them react to this: Skincare Boyfriend. There are many of videos on this, you can choose any of them. 😁😁😁
Yes the Indian people are as bright as any. There are millions involved in information technology around the world.
I always wondered how ebola caused internal bleeding but never bothered to look it up. Babu, mere seconds after learning about the virus, had already come up with the answer, blood clots, and he probably never even set foot in a biology class lol These guys are smart indeed.
@@InjuredRobot. Pretty sure everyone in this thread knows the difference between not being intelligent and simply lacking knowledge.
Going to college doesnt make you smart it just gives you some info. Either you are already smart like these guys or not.
@@ragnar97 Looking at several comments = apparently not.
Babu loves. Learning and being better educated about everything, No wonder people of his village come to him in time of need
Praying for the health and safety of all you in India. You are in my thoughts as I watch the news about the devastation that has now hit your country. Be safe and smart in all that you and you will get through it.
Thanks
You guys should get some microscopes and some slides or Petri dishes and use them so that the villagers see what in their water etc. That would be pretty cool.
I think we learn this in 5th grade tho no one remembers it lol
I love Babu. He always puts his finger on the essentials with that unmistakable spark of wisdom that is so rare nowadays , he is also genuinely amazed by modern technology, appreciates it and he is always grateful for the experience, eager to learn.
Would love to see them reacting to anatomy videos. And explains nature's most complex and beautiful machine the human body. How our organs work and how we heal and grow. Its amazing how complex the body is and how it all works together.
Very smart people. love it. You should show them "Miniatur Wunderland"
2:57 raeen literally speedrunning biology class. He immediately recognized: water species, those limbs are for swimming
These guys seem to love being educated on things. Things we take for granted.
