the topping of this pudding really caught my attention. it reminds you of mashed banana puree.. I love that you were able to keep that appeal to it while you were putting this recipe together ^^ sugar by itself with steamed milk is really rich and has this warm sweetness. I have a feeling I am going to like this dessert. I was really curious about the custard layer on the bottom. I loved watching you make it from scratch. watching sugar caramelize.. the bubbling sweetness.. is so satisfying. mixing caramel and banana slices together.. that sounds so good ^^ this dessert is all the sweetness I love in a dessert.. there's so many components. thank you for having me in your kitchen ~
