Columbia University's Political Science Professor Rodolfo de la Garza react to President Obama's Moving Forward on Afghanistan speech. He supports the President's decision to withdraw 30,000 troops by 2012, even though the violence in Afghanistan will not end and Al Qaida will continue to operate.
