I got the text this morning to say that because I am vulnerable and where I live is going into tier 4 on Sunday. I haven’t stopped crying. I am a type 2 insulin diabetic, and this week I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. All I want to do is put some music on full volume, eat chocolate and cry or sing sad songs. I have been in lockdown since the beginning except for one day when I was allowed out to go to the doctors and get a haircut.
That's a long stretch Vicky. Hopefully you can get the vaccine soon (if you want it). x
Eating chocolate, listening to music... go for it! We need to find happiness wherever we can. We need to focus on these moments of happiness and limit are news intake. It’s okay, we will get through it. There is a vaccine and it won’t be forever x thoughts are with u
I know exactly what you mean about the fluctuating moods. One minute I think I am coping just fine and the next I'm crying over every little thing. It's the fear, fatigue, and loneliness of this stupid virus. I watch videos from past years and am starkly reminded how much our lives have changed. Then I come to your channel and I am reminded that some things still bring joy, fun, and laughter.😊I know that we share our concerns and fears during coffee moaning etc, but all in all you guys provide true respite from the stresses of daily life. Covid may have robbed us of many things, but it couldn't take this community and the love within it. Stay strong Mark and Nadia, we are getting through this apart together! x

I know that ‘down’ feeling well....it’s a depressed feeling that won’t go away, even though I know some other people are far worse off. I try and enjoy every minute and sometimes it works...sometimes it’s doesn’t... ☹️

House is looking nice once it's finished you will feel great Nadia.house work gets overwhelming .I usely do every day house cleaning then I choose one thing a day that don't get done reg then by end of week I got 7 jobs sorted .so it's not tidy tidy tidy it works for me might help you xx

I know exactly how you feel Nadia on Sunday I spent the whole day on the verge of crying and we are in their two so not too bad but for the first time I just felt overwhelmed, then on Monday my 33 year old daughter had a suspected TIA which sent me over the edge but she’s all fine turns out it was an Aurora migraine so as long as she’s fine I can cope with COVID . I’m just not watching the news anymore

I have had Ocular Migraines there weird not a pleasant experience, I’ve only ever had about 3 in my life but I had one on Monday at work, it only last about half an hour and I don’t get a headache after it just feel mehh and bit sensitive in my head, glad your daughters ok, the human body is odd sometimes isn’t it. Xx
@@lauras4827 thanks, yes very strange she didn’t have a headache either it was very scary as she was home with her three little children. She rang me but couldnt get her words out and she was panicking luckily I wasn’t far away so I was there in minutes in which time she was feeling better it only lasted 10 minutes , it is crazy what our bodies do. I’ve never prayed so much in my life 😂
@@tonyahoward8861 ah bless you, you don’t realise that there are different sorts of migraines do you, I don’t panic with mine anymore really as I know what they are now I just sit down close my eyes and wait for it to pass, mines like a koliderscope shape of a C on my vision it moves and blocks my vision where it is put as you say it doesn’t last long but best that she did get checked out at least she will know what it is if she ever has another x take care x

Yes,sad times Nadia,both my daughters,and partners have had COVID,been really poorly,but they are all on the mend,thank goodness,so let’s try to look forward to better times ahead,they had all been so careful,one colleague went to work after both parents had tested positive for COVID!!!! How you're feeling is incredibly common when I chat to others. Look after yourself. Soon vlogmas will finish taking a little pressure off. Maybe take a proper break from your you tube schedule and Rest up. Enjoy family, food and fun. Rest when you need to. ❤️

Totally understand how you feel Nadia been feeling the same myself. I work with adults with a learning disabilities and just waiting on my weekly test result. Both my kids are in isolation as they have had contact last week at school with people who have caught covid. Xxx

Had a low moment myself thinking of my hubby he works all over U.K. dealing with water and.gas pipes so where in tier three now but when we go into tier 4 doesn’t make a diff he’s classed as a front line worker now with this mutant spreader has me very worried especially has he’s not over the pneumonia he had in September but typical man will not take any time off. He’s still working but he’s still having ct scans he’s just had one and another X-ray in January. So yes I was there had a low moment but picking myself up. So hard at times with this. Xxx love to you all xxx
