I just watched this lesson i find it so helpful as he explained all 7th arpeggios string skipped and picking makes so much sense-just after this i could not resist to play UNIVERSAL MIND of Petrucci and it went really well after working whole day on Kikos suggested exercises!Thanks Kiko others are too busy making money you find time to educate us its a good energy that you give be sure it will come back!
Kiko, Morse and Petrucci are my references to string skipping. When I began playing guitar, I saw his and Petrucci's instructional videos and thought I could never get to that level. Now I'm comfortable with it and sweeps are a breeze and I prefer the sound of string skipped or alternate arpeggios.

I have been playing guitar for about a year now. I know how to play bass and keyboards. I'm beginning to understand the idea of licks in guitar so much that I'm incorporating them into my keyboard playing. I'm a classically trained pianist, so the thinking is different. I appreciate your videos!

The arpeggios are really difficult for me, also because I often hit the wrong string when doing the stringkipping. But I can really tell you, it is a very good exercise that has really brought me a huge stepp forward!
