We are going to be choosing a home in either Sunbridge or the new Del Webb Oasis. I know they just started construction, but since you just posted this Sunbridge video, we’d love to see a quick video on Oasis. How it will compare to Sunbridge in size, scale, price, and amenities. Also, compare the surrounding features and attractions. Thank you, and love your stuff!
Hi there! We discuss HOA details around the 3:20 mark in this video. If you have trouble, you can also find the direct link in the description. Hope that helps! :)
Hi there! Yes! They have the wet crafts room with painting, ceramics, pottery with a kiln and electric pottery wheels. Dry crafts include scrapbooking, photography, quilting, sewing. :)
@@nottelling4828 I'm sure they're from New York city or some other liberal enclave. The rest of the country uses "Master" and it's just an attempt to force you to change from what is common vernacular, to their woke ideology.
We closed on our home in del Webb Sunbridge. It was a horrible experience. The sales person are poorly informed and the building personnel responsible for making sure our home was going to be delivered on time and assure the quality of the home were incompetent. On our closing date our home was filthy. All the items we found that needed to be corrected or fixed was incomplete. I’m am beside myself and very very depressed. The builder has ghosted us and turned us over to warrantee to fix the things the builder team Neglected to correct. There was no care or pride in our home. The interior looks like it was worked on by day laborers rather than professionals. I am so Sad because I have no confidence in this company or it’s people. They have a mission statement and they completely ignored it. Now I feel my only opportunity is to sell this home and hopefully get what I paid for it. My heart is broken.

GREAT VIDEO LADIES! It’s such a super resource for those looking from outside the area. Thank you for the information. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, Tonya! 😊
"Just minutes from the beaches." Lol!
I am loving all of the videos! What a great way to know about the properties.
Hi Karen! Thank you so much for watching. Stayed tuned because we have plenty more to come! 😀
Awesome!! We have a few more years before we can move, so all of this info is great.

Hi there! We will run this by the team and see if we can get a Del Webb Oasis video up for you soon! Thanks for watching! 😃
I've watched a few of these and I never see anyone using the amenities.
Hoa details would help. Often time it’s a deal breaker. Someone needs to do a video explaining the details of this community

Too near the airport! Also keep in mind when they say “lake front” these are ponds.
Need something in 1 year.
Signed. Trying to stack up zeee money!
You can't eat or drink by the pool?
When they first talked about the amenities center, they talked about a wet and dry arts and crafts rooms. (two rooms) Did that come to fruition?

I see someone forgot to put on her Galoshes 😱
Wow this is expensive. And no golf? Shame that they can't offer a house like 225k
Great place unfortunately above my budget. The VA hospital would be great.
Very expensive, base price, add ons etc. Especially for 55+ homes. Shame we have owned Del Webb home, know the value.
"Master"
Up North the term is Primary, not MASTER bedroom. Been using that term for years, patriarchal ideas in Florida are acceptable
Indiana uses "Master Bedroom". I've never even heard of "Primary Bedroom". How far up north are you talking?

Good to hear. Buyer beware!
Yep too expensive
How about a video on dog friendly affordable 55 community's in central FL, with no alligators. Please.
That is definitely something we can look into! Thanks for watching, John!
