I think they were basically testing the new engines that were put in the 1996/97/98 ect busses cause it sounds almost identicle but the gear shift is a big less noticeable

Sounds kind of like the 1996,97,98,99 busses. i think it had a proto type motor in the 95's kind of like test's for the new motors that would be in the 1996 -99 busses
