We still have these in gatineau and i don't think they will be retiring soon i mean they still have classics from 85 here.. i know ottawa retired theirs in like 2007 or 2008 i don't really know but i know they are retired. sad cause they were such good buses the way the shift never quick catched on lol when the bus would bounce forward :P
@talldude123 No. These buses were originally built by GM, and then they sold thier bus division to MCI. After that, Novabus in 1993 bought the plans dyes and all the other things to build these Classics up until 1996. The STM will be very sadly for me and others retiring these all by 2012.
