You're timing is impeccable, given that the old video is like 5 months old you just watched both in quick succession. Loving the support. If you're based in the states you may want to be look at Cirkul. I've been keeping my eye on it but its not available in the UK and it looks like something that would work for everyone
I'm in Europe actually, the cirkul looks really promising, quite sad it's US only at the time. Let's hope they expand so we can check it out.

Really not worth it. Just spent $150 to try every pod only to taste water. Granted I didn’t do my research I expected it to actually taste like the flavor, I can smell it but the taste is straight water. Complete waste. They deff don’t tell the entire truth on the website, but I guess they couldn’t say it doesn’t actually taste like anything because then people wouldn’t buy. Oh well goodluck to you

I've noticed that my family member that tried it and said the same thing as Riley they are the family members that lost there taste and smell during covid but the family members that said it was strong did not loose there taste and smell.
I don't know what to say @pear. I didn't lose my taste buds during COVID. In fact I never ever got ill during. My smell and taste are just fine. It's the product that's a gimmick. I can taste the flavours they are just too weak to justify buying in my opinion

Hmmm, I just got an Airup and enjoyed this video, I watched the first a couple of days ago before I ordered. Strangely I agree with you both, it is subjective, and I don't get smacked in the face with the flavour (only tried orangeade so far) but it's just enough to make me drink water, I don't mind water, but I find myself reaching for this more than a bottle of water.
Previous comments mention Cirkul, I probably would have gone for that over Airup in theory but it's not available in UK. I was very cautious of the mixed reviews of Airup, so I understood before I purchased that the flavour was subtle (think flavoured tea over cordial or flavoured bottled water), so my expectations weren't super high, but I was expecting similar to Riley and getting nothing, so when I did get something I was suitably impressed.
Great video, I enjoyed the banter between you, and I now have some ideas on future flavours.
try it with sparkling water. Orangeade and pineapple is SO much stronger with sparkling water

You should try Cirkul, I haven't tried it personally, and it isn't scent based, but it seems to actually work (which makes sense, as it actually gives the water flavour), but you can apparently adjust how strong and how much it gives as well.

Love my Air Up ❤. Not every pod is strong, but I like the citrus ones the most, like raspberry-lemon, yuzu rosemary or the melon ones. I drink a lot more water since using the Air Up.

You should get a cirkul bottle. its cheaper and its a flavor cartridge. my only issue with it is that i forget about it and the flavor cartridge like goes stale and kinda molds because its full of water
I think he lives in the UK since he refenced the price in pounds. Cirkul isn't available in uk and importing their pod things ends up being expensive.

I would probably get a great ammount of flavor from this! I have always had a strange way of converting taste to smell. Like the other night my wife and I had mexican food and the shredded chicken gave me straight up un scented anti bacterial soap vibes!
I've read about this. You're what would be referred to as a super taster. So for instance cooking when cooking a sauce if the wooden spoon was left in you would be able to taste the wood.
I have this!! I used to think pineapple tasted of baby wipes, but it turns out my mum alays wiped the chopping board with baby wipes before cutting pineapple - no clue why
I just ordered my first bottle and flavors. Even if the flavor will be faint, it will help consume more water, and not drink sodas and flavored water too often. I'd say it is worth it. We'll see

Was looking into this too, Cirkul has been great for me. Kind of expensive but if you drink soda every day its a good alternative. I have never turned my cirkul dial up past 2 and its always been good taste wise. I dont know about this though. I might try it.
Cirkul makes more sense to me as it seems to be a product that works for everyone. Wish it was officially here in the UK so I could give it a through review but the only way of getting it is paying crazy shipping fees and taxes so I'll pass on that. Air up I guess if it works well for you is a stellar product especially because it's not adding anything to the water but it seems too many ppl like me don't have a great experience with it.
Also I feel that their marketing is misleading as you get the perception that you will be hit with an explosion 💥 of flavour 🤯. Not quite!
I think you have to do another review on Air Up. I really belive there is a design flaw on the bottle! I just got my first bottle and the taste and sensation is much stronger when the flavor-pod is DOWN and not UP! PLEASE TRY IT!

Hey! Good video, its just one thing that i have noticed. And that is: somebody has more space between their nose and mouth than others. And if that is the case for you two, then that would explain why the woman can get so much more taste/flavor.

If she is tilting it then you can tilt it but somehow the air up who made it are expecting that we should breath or smell the pod at the same time as we are drinking they should re program this

Forgive me if someone has already said this but in my instructions it says pull the pod up to deactivate it and the water is no longer scented. Still doesn’t taste of anything but chemicals though.
You're not the first person to say this but I followed the instructions verbatim. And I know it's pulling up to activate because it makes that weird bubble sound and I taste a hint of something. When I push it down it doesn't make the bubbling sound and tastes like very plain water

I bought one last year and have used it every day since they are great I have the charcoal and orange clear bottle like the one in the vid First I thought they were crap couldn’t taste nothing then about two weeks later I took another go didn’t really taste anything but kept using it as a water bottle The more I used the same scents (still changing every two weeks) flavours got stronger they hit the sweet spot around the end of the first week may I recommend that you disinfect a glass put water in it warm water is best drop in the new pod for tens seconds leave it on a tea towel to dry for an hour then use it as normal Sometimes the foam inside of the pod gets dry However I’m not backing it up they are a waste of money and overpriced they are great but too expensive and advertised as something there not
I think if Cirkul comes to the UK it will completely wreck air up as it appears to be a product that works for everyone. I'm paying close attention to it being available here as I'd like to review it myself. As for air up it just doesn't work the way I want it to work. I prefer just drinking plain water.

l live in Germany..l bought a Air up today. l payed 30.Euros for the bottle. l was disapointed because their wasn't a free Pod in the box for starters. l had too go back to the store and buy Pods.😢

Based on how many people I’ve seen in person try it it varies from person to person some taste exactly what pod there using for example me when I use the water melon pod I literally taste exactly water melon but when I let my cousins try it they don’t taste anything just a small mild taste? so I’m really confused but I think it depends on the person I’m not sure 🤷♂️

Try Nasal irrigation to clear out your sinuses. That will make it way easier to taste the Air Up. @Riley Serola
You know you're the first person that has offered a solution that I think makes a lot of sense and is actually useful advice. Maybe that's something I do need to do but to do that just for the sake of tasting air up is a bit extreme

Why is cirkul bad for diabetes. What does it have in it that's bad for diabetics? And how did you get on with the air up. Did it work?
When you drink it, did you inhale?
You cannot drink and inhale simultaneously. It's is psychologically impossible. When you swallow there are things that occur in your airways and in your brain that prevent this. That is a scientific fact.
Just try a cirkul water bottle and get some pods for the cirkul bottle

When you tried this, did you swallow the water instantly or keep it in your mouth for a bit? I read somewhere that you're supposed to just swallow it, because if you try to taste it with your mouth/tongue it'll taste even weaker since the "taste" isn't in the water. :D

Yeh that actually makes sense since it's scent based. To answer your question I swallow it immediately. I even take a long pull of water so I'm swallowing constantly and I feel that it's necessary do that in order to get even the faint hit of flavour.
FYI she barely used it and when she did mainly without the pods. Now she uses another bigger size water bottle gifted by work. Doesn't touch the thing.

Didn't think to try that one but I think 9 flavours in the second video and 2 in the first has confirmed that this product is not for me.
I wonder how many people who can "taste" the air up pods also hate cilantro/coriander. Because it tastes horribly overpowering and soap like to me, and I really hate it. It ruins any foods its in for me. And I just got my Air Up yesterday and I can "taste" it fairly clearly, in a similar intensity as you could taste infused water or flavored sparkling water (the type that doesn't have sweeteners).

The taste is more pronounced with sparkling water.
You naturally take small breaths through your nose between the sips. Your nasal passages go through your mouth as well. Maybe you were tasting the steel in that bottle. I also bought the cleaning straw. I don't like coconut, so I know I don't want to buy that one. Some people's sense of smell is weaker. That may be the reason it isn't nice for him . I used to put lemons in my water but then kept injuring my finger. This concept is better.

He should go see a doctor, and really question his sense of smell. People do absolutely have different levels of smell, I can guarantee you hers is probably a 8 out 10, him a 3 out of 10
On the contrary, I have a very strong sense of smell and even smell things at times she does not. Also I do not claim to not taste anything just that the taste is extremely weak in the background. She has even admitted that water infused with fruit is way stronger so this product really is just a gimmick.

I can’t lie the flavours are not strong at all a few seconds flavour then it’s so weak my I ad literally not a strong flavour so so disappointing, it’s so disappointing because you pay so much for a water bottle and the flavours are so weak, why would you bring out more bottles the GEN two bottles et cetera then not try and fix the issue of the weak flavours first of all as you want strong flavours
I think some ppl clearly have some super strong sense of smell that it tricks them into tasting something intense. For me I taste something very weak in the background. Better off slicing up some fruit and dashing it in water
