Classic Game Room reviews MOTOCROSS MANIA 3 for PlayStation 2 from Deibus Studios and 2K Games, released in 2005. Race bikes and beat your opponents to death with bats, hockey sticks and cattle prods, Motocross Mania 3 is a fun, albeit fairly average, PlayStation 2 vehicular combat racing game with dirt bikes and lots of courses.
The crunching sounds make this game.

I got this game at a yard sale for $2 and it is a pretty decent game. I recommend it.
We take so much for granted in today's era of gaming. Games like these used to be amazing. The PS2 was like the Atari in terms of the endless number of companies making games, but the difference was that most of the games were at least decent if not great. We can't have that now because games are so expensive to make and people have higher expectations when it comes to graphics.
Buy a PC.

samuraistalin There's plenty of indie games amongst the consoles. It's true that PC has the largest library of indie titles, but I wasn't just referring to indie games in my previous comment. I was also referring to new IPs created by already established companies. From my personal experience playing on Steam, I've bought almost as many bad ports as I have the goods ones; and that was before refunds came into play. The indie scene is great, but some 3rd parties throw dog shit at you. A lot of PC gamers avoid talking about that aspect.

This, and ATV Quad Power Racing both took the same approach to their sequels. Both started as run-of-the-mill offroad racers on PS1, but then changed into Road Rash type action racers for their next-gen sequels. I guess it was just an early 2000s thing. Either way, I used to play the shit out of the Motocross Madness games back in the day, lots of good memories there.
I own this game, got it in a 3 pack of PS2 games...have played maybe 3 minutes of it.

Yeah, I just went and looked. I think I played 15 minutes of that game. I own most of the Ford Racing games, why? I have no clue lol.
If your Mania meter is full, you can press the Triangle button to make everything else around you go in slow motion. Comes in handy during battle royals: just sneak up to a group, activate Mania power, and knock all of them out.
I forgot this game even existed, I remember renting it once or twice from our local video rental store.. Ahh those were the days

I really liked this game as a kid. I've since lost my copy; so I can't say for sure if i'd still like it, but the memories i've had with it..
It's rare but fairly cheap it's worth $5 depending on region.
Looks like something worth a couple of laughs with friends if drunk or stoned. Sometimes you just want to have mindless fun.

The Ebonics speaking dude was a Puerto Rican rapper, there was a fashion chick from Russia with something close to a Mohawk, a loud mouth black woman with a gang affiliated past and very large breasts, an Australian girl, an old gruff Russian man, an African student, a rich Asian girl, an average joe with a slim Jim guy haircut, a drill Sargent, a construction worker girl, Bigfoot, a 500 year old Kung Fu woman, Johnny Metro, and a few more I'm sure I missed.
I don't really care much for racing games, but I like racing games when you can hit things, so this seems good to me.
God, this video ends on a worse cliffhanger than The Matrix Reloaded....

I have this and I love it. Surely not the BEST game but it's so crazy too. Also, there's a big open world city many races are based on and you can't even freely explore it. Still bugs my butt
It's no Downhill Domination , but it is a fun enough game for a Low Price i got it for 5 dollar's when the ps2 was still active aha , it has a very arcadey stiff movement mechanic reminiscent of the earliest versions of motorcycle games in arcade, if you are looking for drifting or realism of any kind in the driving mechanic's this one's not for you , but it is a fun road rash inspired game to play through once or with some friend's.
