No POE with an ethernet cable, I wondered what the reasoning for this. Easier to supply power to the unit via POE than a power brick considering most will be mounted under eaves or any where external. Having both power options would be ideal.
Agree, customer just bought 8 of these cameras and told them it would cost them double of what I usually charged as now I have to install a powerpoint as well as an ethernet cable (not want to run all 8 of these on wifi)
Hi my camera keeps defaulting to standard picture quality instead of quad...also the live view on my echo show is terrible compared to my old kasa camera...any views on why..Cheers

I know, I fed it back to Ezviz as this is a bit of an oversight on such a cracking camera

It was easier to do that but EZVIZ have a new Windows app now which makes it a lot better in that regard

Is it possible to set Human detection alert for specific times of day e.g. 10pm to 7am?
I'd have to double check but there was definitely settings for scheduling in the app
So this is not a wireless / cordless camera that can operate on wifi?
