I'm designing and building my own velomobile. This is fascinating. Would be amazing to be able one day to do manufacturing like that
wow, fascinating to see how it works. The giant oven lifting into the air and wobbling is impressive and kind of scary.
"Are there any pinch points I need to be aware of?"
Yes.
"Where are they?"
... Yes...
Very interesting to see how it molded plastic shell is made.👍
Thanks - I have often wondered how the roto-moould process works. It is a lot of work to make one rotovelo - and time !
I really enjoyed watching that... amazing that something that complicated to accomplish along with the manufacturing of the actual mold can cut production costs...
Very interesting - looking forward to the second video!
great skills and innovation between trisled and rotomould
The green shell from the front looks like a clinker with the chocolate sucked off! But I still want one as soon as I can afford one. Not too sure about the new style of steering though- rather the typical trike indirect tank/ underseat steering.
Brilliant! What a skill set to produce what looks when done somewhat basic. Far from it. What a great look at the process. Thanks. 🇨🇦
Any news on the Rotovelo 2 ?
We're looking forward to a suspended model !
Super cool! I can't wait for the follow-up!🎉
If you make a forest green one I will sell my motorcycle and buy one.
Good video Ben , interesting procedure , a lot of work goes into those body's .
Wow, it's very impressive!
That was really neat!
Love mine!
Thank you!
Very interesting video. Are there any distributors for Rotovelo in Europe?
Not currently. We’ve battled the import taxes for goods imported from Australia. We are hopeful to solve this and move more into the Europe market in the future. In the meantime we do accept direct orders from Europe enquires 👍
@@TriSledwould you consider manufacturing in Europe? I don't know how much the process costs to set up, but there are certainly kayak manufacturers here in Czechia.
