BILL OF RIGHTS, Read Along

These are the first ten amendment to our constitution, known as the BILL OF RIGHTS, which were ratified on 15 December 1791. I've used a Public Domain photo of the Constitution, and for the background music I used what was available in the UA-cam Audio Library. Both pieces are from 'Sir Cubworth', and they are 'Orbital Romance' and 'Flowers in the Rain'. The amendments are read as written, and is a quick introduction to the BILL OF RIGHTS, without comments or explanations; read along if you like.
