Chapter 21 talks about the Holy City, The New Jerusalem coming down from heaven prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for he husband. In verse 9 the angel shows John the bride the wife of the lamb and shows him the Holy City coming down out of heaven from God. It has gates with the names of the 12 tribes of Israel, it has 12 foundations with the names of the 12 Apostles. Clearly this cannot be the church the body of Christ. The church is not a city, doesn't have 12 gates or the 12 tribes of Israel. It doesn't have 12 foundations names after the apostals. The Lord revealed to Paul that the church was neither Jew or Gentile but a new creation. Nothing about being a city with 12 gates of Israel.
How can we make this city, New Jerusalem with 12 gates and 12 foundations be the church the body of Christ to be the bride of Christ?
I'm only looking at what the scripture says.

If we start saying there is hidden meaning then who can we trust to give us the hidden meaning.
The Catholic church were master at that when they burnt the Bible in English so that only they could "interpret" the scripture to their own end.
When I read simply that the New Jerusalem is a city with 12 gates with names of the 12 tribes of Israel and the foundations are the 12 Apostles how can I possibly say that is the church the body of Christ who is seated in heavenly places with Christ?
Isreal was always promised an earth kingdom on earth.
The church is promised seated in heavenly places.
I've only said what the verse says.
How can I have slaughtered what the verse says?
Paul told Timothy to rightly divide the Word of Truth.
If we study the Bible carefully we will see that prophesy relates to Isreal and what is of mystery relates to the church the body of Christ. If we mix this up we get confusion.
Paul was given the mystery that was hidden since the world began. Romans 16
Peter spoke what had been spoken since the world began. Acts 3
Two different messages...one to the church the body of Christ
One to Isreal.
Paul speaks nothing about the church being the Bride of Christ
Prophesy speaks a lot about God being married to Isreal
Revelation speaks about the New Jerusalem being the bride of the Lamb
To interpret that the New Jerusalem, the Holy City with 12 gates is actually now the church the body of Christ, which is now the bride of Christ is really pushing it.
But you have your interpretation as you think it's the right one.

It gives the dimensions of the city as 1400 miles long. It has walls of Jasper and glass. There is no temple in it because the Lord God and the Lamb is the temple. The city doesn't need a light and nations will walk by its light.

I respect that you have a right to your interpretation but sadly you provide no scripture to back up your interpretation. So how do I know you are right? You will claim the Holy Spirit revealed it to you so therefore it must be right.
Exactly what the Catholics taught in the UK and many lives were martyred because they would not bow to the interpretation of Rome.
That's why it's so important to go by the Word. Paul who is the apostals to the Gentiles makes no mention of this in his writings. Surly something so important as the church the body of Christ being the bride of Christ is not mentioned.
Husband's are to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it but the words "the bride of Christ" is not recorded in his Epistles so obviously the Lord never said anything about it.
John's revelation is clearly to Isreal as the city that was promised in ages past.
I'm just trying to present what the Word actually says.

The bride of Christ Is the one who Teaches and Obeys Jesus Gospel.. who Seeks Jesus and His Righteousness.. who Know Him through personal revelation. Those who seek pastors or people who give you their cherry-picked bible version of Jesus are the unprepared virgins. Most human beings have too much pride and believe they are very important that they forget that they are mortals and place themselves in a place that only belongs to God. Soon God will give all those who deny the truth a lesson they do not expect. The ultimate test from the Creator for the unbelievers and those who deny the position and true Ministry of the Holy Spirit. Your video is great, I felt that God's Holy Spirit wanted me to share a little bit about something that you mentioned. When you said God I don't feel like I love you like I should. And you said but I would like to love you God like I should.
In this tiny little phrase, you have revealed a mystery of God.
No one has the power to Love God at all! We actually need God's Holy Spirit to actually give us love, just so we have any love to love God back!
For the power of God is His Love!
And that power has always been there from everlasting to everlasting! It's the Love, the Life & the LIGHT power of the entire Universe!
And not one person will ever lack any good thing!
We all will be intimately known and we will give ourselves to God intimately! We will have such a surplus of God in Christ that we will actually have to ask God not to crush us with His Love!

Unrealistic expectations. I don’t believe Christ places such a burden on us, especially in our human frailty. The concept of “marry me” doesn’t appeal to me as a man either. We are simply asked to rest in him - the Vine. Loving God with our heart soul and mind was an OT command, a requirement that was impossible to obey. Today under grace God wants us to know how much He loves us. That should be our focus.

The bride is the church and the bridegroom is our Lord Jesus. The bride may be ready but this means that the believers should be ready everyday and not fall asleep. Jesus can only come back when God his father reveals the time to him. Remember this is a Galilean wedding, this is how Jesus explained it to his disciples because thats the way they understood what Jesus was talking about. Most of them were Galilean Jews. 🙏🏽

I told the Lord that i dont have so much love for people. That i judge to much. And He put His heart in me... Now i Love every One like they are My OWN children. That is the Fathers heart!! And He WILL not let anyone perish. HE IS THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD. And if someone dont think that. They have another bible version than the Greek original version. There is judgement, yes, but with a perpose. Read the Old Testiment and not only the New Testiment. Get to know the REAL SAVIOR of the WORLD!

Hi I have a question please. I feel like God has literally stripped away every man and almost every person away from me (as far as relationships , and friendships intimacy goes) I have friends but I was finding it hard to maintain closeness and connections with certain people. Then I received some spiritual gifts and started being called by the church to pray for others and I feel anointed or blessed. Many people call me blessed. Is this kinda what you’re talking about and also what do I do with these gifts? Is God calling me to the church?
