I actually have a zebco horizon med spinning rod in my rigging , I just bought an 8 foot med heavy ... I was pleasantly surprised to see you having success with the little zebco , can you provide an idea of where to fish at , you look like you are on the North side somewhere . hey man thats for the comment sorry i haven't replied the zebec actually held up pretty good to be honest with you i was surprised and sure i fish mostly on the south shore beach between summer side and evangeline also on the north shore near rustico!
Hey i live on PEI and am really interested in bass fishing . What is the usual run and where on PEI ( no specific spots just general idea) just anywhere on the North shore ?
hey thats awesome and the bass usually start running in late april along any of the south shore beaches and a couple weeks after that they make their way to the north side of the island its pretty easy to catch them as long as you sit there long enough! north shore around tigerish is always a good bet also south shore all around summer side they do okay even in the yacht club!
@@MackenzieSapier thanks for the reply haha ! I got quite a few using lures late summer and early fall. Got skunked alot early on . Now i cannot wait til next season to try and get some on the fly !
@@AspiringSpaceWizard yeah that happens man and i got skunked a few times to start with as well had a bit of trouble finding them plentiful for a little bit but it seems like the run started late and i got a bit more of a map in my head so next year i shouldn't have as much trouble! also my goal is to get one on the fly this year
