- Pete Bowman travels to the St. John and Kennebecasis rivers in the province of New Brunswick and takes on the super-power of the Bass world, the Striped Bass. This exotic species is nothing short of spectacular in both looks and of course strength... especially when they use the incoming tide to their advantage. Better strap Pete in on this one because he's about to catch his biggest Striped Bass EVER!

One of Canada's longest-running fishing shows, Fish'n Canada travels from coast to coast in search of trophy fishing opportunities. First started by brothers Angelo and Reno Viola in 1986, The Fish’n Canada Show has been on the air for over 30 years. Today, Angelo is joined by lifelong fishing buddy, Peter Bowman, and the pair continue to travel across Canada educating anglers using the experience they’ve gained over the years - Спорт

Where is the best place to go in Bathurst New Brunswick
i live close to there
This is great video. When is good season for striped bass? Is it fall or spring or year round?
We have done better on numbers in the spring and on big fish in the fall, but we certainly aren't the experts. Good rule of thumb though.
Sandeels?
Mostre Natan porque você não tá indo lá em cima Então você tá dando pizza para gente do que é
👍
Thanks!!
I fish offshore at the point in Minas Basin once and got nothing, the tidal water it’s crazy, 2 hours fishing time it’s all you got from shore.
That's a crazy tide there!!!
those bass are better looking than the guide lol
These stripers are different than northeast USA stripers? Fall migration is upriver??
There are basically three populations of stripers that use this river. If they are local bass, chances are they never left the river system all season and only go to the mouth of the river and/pr make short saltwater journeys from time to time. If they are Nova Scotian bass, they returned mid/late summer to feed in preparation for overwintering in the Saint John River and if they are US bass, they are migrating up to feed and will usually leave as the river cools, but they've been known to get stuck here over winter and even spawn in the spring. The change in water temperature triggers bass that are concentrated at the mouth of the SJ river to move up river. 10C give or take is the magic number.
Awesome job boys !! Ps that's a she not a he ;) lol
please show evidence of "recent studies" that show NC fish are coming all the way up here due to GW. I call BS.
