Anders Lundin says that "she also kinda looks like a cartoon character, like she's been drawn" but sings with a godblessed voice.
Tommy says that she's a potent singer, and that the two of them are like Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, apart from the fact that she doesn't back off when he leads
Helen tells about the clip where she sings the "Smedsvisa från Uppland" That she was 15-16 ish, and that her granny took her to town and bought her the horrible apricot coloured auntie-dress creation. That it was hard then, and still is difficult to know what to wear.
Björn Skifs tells how few but Helen has the capacity to go from looking like a nightingale to so immensly foul and grotesque.(something like the mimics he makes)
Sissela Kyle says that Helen looks sweet in whatever she's wearing, that she's edible in whatever costume she's in.
In the clip from Kfd, Helen remembers how she broke her little toe in the first scene, but was unaware of it at the time and managed to get through the show(see how she looks like she's had a bottle to many in the end) but that it bloody hurt and got put on sick leave for a few weeks after that.
Sissela again mentions that Helen is sweet as sugar, and that the way she sings enables you to just sit back and think about life, death and manhood.
Yes --I only wish they'd release the whole recording of that Opera -'cause that is what it IS- -on dvd for us all to enjoy. The future for 'Kristina Från Duvemåla' is uncertain, and Helen's performance is unbeatable. This is what we want to remember: the original staging in Sweden -and Helen, Anders and Peter!
Helen borde ha blivit etta på folktoppen, hon klår carola 1000 gånger om.. älskar hennes röst
Synd att Carola precis hade vunnit svenska uttagning til Eurovision innan detta program. Annars hade Helen definitivt varit topp.

well, she should have won, really. I don't know any voice nicer then hers in all the world. have like 5 songs in my mp3 for a long time and can't get enough of them yet. However, though I don't like Carola (mostly the style of her songs), but I have to admit that her voice is also rather nice. I like when she sings Du gamla, du fria (it's somewhere on youtube, can watch it if you'd like), adorable... but still, Helen is my favorite, for sure :)

Its a count down for the best female singer in sweden. And you that say that Sweden doesnt know any about music. Then i dont think you even know who the onother singers is so chut up!
I would guess that it was a voted list over the ten greatest female singers in Sweden. But to be honest, I think that she sings way better than Carola, who won. And most of the women who were on that list shouldn't have been there at all, the swedish television audience doesn't know anything about music, or so it seems..
