Our trip to Kuramathi Island in the Maldives

We visited Kuramathi Island, a private island in the Maldives over Valentine's Day 2023. Our trip far exceeded our expectations. What was a bucket list trip may have become a regular thing.

Cool video, we are planning to travel in summer. Do you know if we can get to kuramathi in speed boat if we can’t afford sea plane?

Yes, you can. Seaplane is $300 round trip per person and takes 20 mins in the air. Speed boat is $110 and takes 1.5 hours.

Was there a hotel staff waiting for you at the airport? Do we have to pay for the seaplane. airfare ? Do the guest pay for seaplane fare when check in?

Yes, there was staff waiting at the airport. You make the decision to take seaplane or speedboat when you are paying for your vacation upfront
