    We enjoyed this video very much, we have been five times over the years and going back again in nine weeks. Kuramathi is the most amazing place. This is a great video for anyone who hasn’t been before as there is so much information. We’ve always flown out of Glasgow on Emirates and don’t mind the change in Dubai. We tried the seaplane once but much prefer going by boat…it’s great that people have a choice. Can’t wait to get back and see the changes since we were last there in 2015.

      @@peterroll9262 Hi Peter, great video! Very informative! Just want to ask, how much did you pay for the return sea plane transfer? And how much would it cost for a return speedboat transfer? Thanks!

    • @peterroll9262
      @peterroll9262  Рік тому +1

      @@fizizulkifli423 Hi, plane transfer was approximately 250 US Dollars each one way or about 450 US dollars for both but it was part of a package. Not sure about the speedboat as we never considered that so didn’t ask how much. Something to investigate with your travel agent.

    Great video Peter. Thanks for making it. If you were going back there again, where on the island do you think you would stay - and what room type would you choose?

    • @peterroll9262

      Hi, it really depends on your budget. If you can afford it go for an over water villa like a Thundi. Other over water villas have a pool but not so big as Thundi. Any villa you stay in you can reach the sea in seconds.

    • @martinoboyle84
      @martinoboyle84 Рік тому

      @@peterroll9262 Thanks Peter. Did you get much use out of the pool in your villa or did you just use the sea?

    • @peterroll9262
      @peterroll9262  Рік тому +2

      @@martinoboyle84 it was about half and half. It is just that bit of luxury but certainly not essential to have a pool.

    Hi Peter, thanks for all the explanations about the hotel, very informative video. All i got is one question, the other restaurants like the reef, did you pay extra? Or is it just like you said on the video, some dishes have a green tick ?

    • @peterroll9262
      @peterroll9262  Рік тому +2

      Hello, all the restaurants including the Reef are in the all inclusive package, and yes it has the same system with the green tick system. The only place we found which was not included in the all inclusive package was The Champagne Bar.

      Hi, thanks for the comments. It was mostly filmed on my GoPro Hero 10, some on my iPhone and a little on my new Sony a7iv that I had just got about 2 weeks before going to Kuramathi so I was not familiar with it. You will have a great time.

    How much sea plane transfer cost??

    • @peterroll9262
      @peterroll9262  2 роки тому

      It was about 250 US Dollars each one way, can’t remember exactly as it was part of a package. I think it’s a bit cheaper if you book a return about 450 US Dollars.

      Most but not all. There are some with no pool but a hot tub instead.
