Very sturdy in comparison to other strollers that we had. I get a lot of compliments for it. I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.

Hi! I have an Uppababy vista and I am trying to configure it to fit a newborn and a toddler. I would ideally like the newborn on the top setting with my toddler facing outward on the bottom setting, is that possible? I would like to try to avoid putting my newborn in a snugseat since he is only 3 weeks old. When I put the mesa carseat on top and my toddler on the bottom, he is squished and has to face the bottom of the mesa car seat (ugh what a terrible view), which I can't and won't do. I appreciate any tips/pics/suggestions! Thank you!
Hi Michelle, I would first recommend that you use upper adapters if you are not already doing so. Using the upper adapters with give you more space in between the two seats allowing you to make the front seat forward facing, you can even recline the front seat. We recommend putting the front (rumble) seat on first, then attaching the car seat on top with the upper adapters. How do you move the straps up on the rumble seat?
Hi Maile. In order to adjust the harness height you will first need to pull the tabs out of the desired slot, then unhook the harness from its lower tab and connect to the desired tab height. I hope this was clear enough, let us know if you have any follow up questions.
With the rumble seat being able to recline, is it suitable for use with younger infants?

Do you need the rumble have seat for the lower part or can you use the toddler seat?
Hi Lauren. Great question! You do need the Rumbleseat if you would like to have a seat in the lower position. The toddler seat can only go on the top position!
Do those adapters for the bottom of the stroller come with the rumble seat?

How long is the stroller with the rumble seat attached? I’m trying to figure out if it will fit in my elevator.

Can you recline in forward facing?
You can recline it a little forward facing. You will get a deeper recline rear facing!
What is the difference between the toddler seat and rumble seat ?
There are a few differences. The toddler seat has a 45lb weight capacity, where the rumble seat will only accommodate up to 35lbs. The toddler seat also features an adjustable footrest, where the rumble seat does not have one. The rumble seat will also work on either the front or back positions on the stroller, but the toddler seat is only compatible with the back position. The toddler seat is also sold with the stroller frame, where the rumble seat is an additional accessory.
What exactly does the upper adapter do then?
The Upper adapter gives more space between the Rumble seat and whatever other seat you have on top, whether that be the bassinet, a car seat, or the toddler seat.
