As a tip with your drill: Replace the torches for full redstone blocks instead. It's technically more expensive, however it'll ensure your machine is liquid-proof, along side if you add a deployer placing cobblestone/deepslate/netherrack (Depending on where you're mining) in front of the track deployer. Of course, replace the plow behind the redstone block with a drill as well to make sure it gets picked up.
No need for a cobble deployer, you can use a deployer to place the redstone block directly under the rail ^^
@@shimalya Then you'd just be wasting tons of redstone. If you place it alongside the rail, the mechanical plough will pick it up. So you just need a few.
If you're riding along in your drill anyway, why not make it a furnace minecart? Set it in the right direction and pop some coal in and it'll go on its own for a good while so long as you have fuel for it. No worries about fluids since there's no torches involved
FYI, next to the area where you named the elevator floors, there is a box where you can put longer floor names.
Crazy the things that can be modded into minecraft
I play modded Minecraft since 2013 and couldn't imagine playing Vanilla. Vanilla is boring crap and Mojang are a bunch of idiots adding boring crap to every update. Plus they HATE the modding scene and make sure they break everything with every new update and refuse to add a modding API.

For your netherminer, you need to make sure you have deployers pointing outward from the machine to cover lava and protect yourself. you also need to make sure they are using netherrack.
Some nether machines even have deployers directly behind the drills to place blocks that might be lava in front of the drill.
Also, if you have the newest version of create, you can also add contrapsion controls to toggle if the drills, deployers, haversters etc should be active or not. you can tell if you are in the newest version because in the new version you can access a contrapstion chest in its constructed from

as a nice touch for your elevator, you can put a noteblock on top of the redstone contact and it will do a little "ding" when you stop on a floor.
Yeah, no need to use filters for a single item or block. Just put the Item or block in the filter spot on the funnel, & it will only allow that item or block.

Use regular rails with a furnace minecart. Goes pretty far on one piece of coal.

Should upgrade to drawers amd a drawer controller for your sorting system. Super easy and conveint, literally does everything for you and then you just lock and quantify. Or you can sort them however you want based on item or category whatever...

Lil tip, if you or mobs exp are on top of that net or drain on your mobile base, it absorbs all your exp, filling the tanks with a beautiful green

I watched your 100 days movie and noticed that you were throwing away your iron nuggets from the andesite farm. You can actually mix them with andesite to make andesite alloy using a mixer and its twice as efficient as crafting it

You should really light up your builds more. Would also be very cool if you made the wheels on your big basething spin
add some lighting to your drill. more light while mining is never misplaced. you can also add timed deployers to set torches every 12 blocks so you're not creating a huge mob spawning tunnel behind.
How do you set a timed deployer?
A tip is u can put the one item u want to allow in the filtring box and it Will onlig allow that specific item🐱

The reason why you couldn't place slabs on rails, is because you dont have "Create Steam 'n' Rails"
Bonus with Create Steam 'n' Rails you can have different colors of rails with different wodden slabs, endstone, phantom membranes, rails without bars, small 1×1 rails and big 3×1 rails.

You can build deployers around your drill and in front of it. So ther isn’t any Lava that could destroy the drill
You should get the create add on that allows you to store xp and copy enchanted books also the chipped mod adds sooooo many block variants
Make sure you make more of the smithing template you won't wanna do that again lol

Most likely it’s just the create mod. There 2 other UA-camrs Mr. Beardstone and FoxyNoTail that are also doing create lets play and they have links for the full list of mods they use. Although theirs are more heavily modded than this.
I believe that create has a jetpack on one of its addons. It might make things easier for you while you are build tall and big.
The contraption doesn't get destroyed by lava or water, if you use redstone blocks instead of torches it will power through lava and water

Build golden apple farm.
Using a gold farm on one side and getting the apples u get from the lumber house. Then using automated crafters to make golden apples.
Maybe even golden carrots.
Oh yeah, you need two more deployers in front of what youve got, a block lower. Toss in whatever block you're gonna mine the most and itll keep trucking. Also, there was another comment about swapping torches for full blocks, i second it, as lava and water wont break it

Yk u can change the minecart to a furnace mine cart and change the filter to coal so u don’t have that problem of pushing it 24:13 😅
Try to replace the blocks behind the drillers with packed ice so lava will turn into obsidian
Make a xp farm using tanks to store xp in the tanks and when xp is needed you can drain the tanks and get loads of xp.
. Try using blaze spawners instead for blaze rods and the steam power stations
Idea for next ep: make each of the stations in the mine shaft look pretty
idea for the miner: Stockpile indicator for when the vault's full.

Why not just have the mining facility convert the excess cobblestone to iron nuggets? Or have the miner place the excess cobblestone as ceilings and floors to prevent issues with Lava and flowing water? And if you have the miner place blocks in front of the drill bits and where you want walls and ceilings and floors, it prevents lava flows from destroying tracks and torches.
Hay I have an idea you should get the mod Moscow's Bridge for stairs.

You can make a train in the Nether if you place train rail one block before the portal and than can you train ride to the Nether and back
You forgot about the crane but if your not going to be in the area that often its fine
