When I saw Klaus, Hope and Marcel stand together, there was that feeling of father, daughter and son united together to slaughter everyone.

Remember when Hope was a baby Hayley was so afraid that Klaus and the Mikaelsons darkness would destroy Hope. But the darkness and biggest threat to Hope ended up being apart of Hayley's family lol ohh the irony of it all
And the irony of the fact that their daughter would the product from the original vampires and the ancestry to the original werewolves (still in the dark about the witch linage). But extremely ironic.

@@LCBABEZ Depends on which linage is older. When she was born they didn't know that the original werewolf were witch so the only lineage was from Esther but we know now that they were and that she's their descendant.
Personally I think it's the Hollow's since her bloodline is older than than both the werewolf curse and the vampire curse. Because they are Crescents Hayley and Hope are her direct descendant.
Hope was about to get killed by the New Orlean's witches because Esther called for it, Dahlia wanted to take Hope away from her family, Klaus kept on putting Hope in danger, Klaus's and Elijah's sirelines were at war and were also huge threats to Hope Mikaelson. Even though the biggest enemy to Hope came from Hayley's ancestor (which was not even Hayley's fault while all the other threats to Hope were the faults of the Mikaelsons), the rest of Hope's threats were as a result of the Mikaelsons.
Did Julie plec forget this scene? Hope is definitely stronger than Josie in terms of magic. It's a shame she is not shown this way in legacies
She did scream like that and show her powers in legacies
First of all, she had the hollow in her which made her stronger and second they literally say on the show that Hope held herself back when fighting Josie because she didn't want to hurt her.

@@linettexie2373 No, because even without the Hollow, Hope was still so powerful. She was able to feel someone magic on her dad, and sent Davina back too the ancestral plane. Also the spell that was used summon Davina, 4 harvest girls did that spell, and she stole broke it so easily, while only being 7, and she was barley taught Magic.

I know that her Mom Hayley wanted her not to use dark magic but Klaus helped her release it on the vamps who killed her Mom....Kinda ironic.
But very satisfying.
Tbh this shows just how attuned to dark magic hope is.. in the midst of her grief and rage towards her mothers killers. She decided to tap into the hollows spirit and use it like a battery charger for her magic. Proud moment...
Hope possesses the strength of both her parents. Her mother taught her loyalty and belonging. Confidence in herself. Klaus taught her to harness and command her hate, emotions can become a second wind for her powers when the time calls for it. Put dark magic knowledge in that and you have the potential for an unmatchable evil witch...
They also killed Josh as well
To be fair, she did avenge Jackson by slaughtering the Strix that aided Tristan in his execution so this is Hope’s way of avenging her mother.
They deserve far worse than that.

Vincent deserves to be the regent after all these years. He wanted to forget his tragic past with Eva but he's very powerful and skillful, it just that when his emotions gets to his way he's kinda being pulled down.
This is what I could never understand is why these vampires could think they could just act like they are equals to the Mikaelsons. I think the Mikaelsons should have been treated like royalty being the first vampires.
They are but vamps like Damon are still vampires that don't have much respect for anyone even if they're stronger

"Hayley didn't want darkness for Hope" Welllllll dark magic is inside of Hope so of course she's going dark that's not Klaus fault he literally doing the best he can.. Even if Hayley was still alive these vampire would still be after Hope and she would still have to to use her power to protect herself which would still result in her killing these same vampires so stop the madness.. Hope will always have a target on her back not just because of her family but because of her power.. Everything that we saw in last night's episode would've happened even if Hayley was alive it was inevitable.. Klaus did everything prevent this.. Hope and Freya made that decision and now she's dealing with the consequences.

I think this sense scared hope. You can see it in her face and going forward in Legacies it almost seems as if she is holding back her power. I think this is great but if they are going have it be a thing they have to say something about it as it is a bit hard to pick up on.

If anyone is wondering why Hope didn’t activate her werewolf gene when she killed all those vampires is because to be activated the werewolf gene requires human blood the to take the life of a human

Honestly, for the first part of Vincent's speech in this scene, I thought that by "releasing the ancestors" he meant bringing them into a limbo somehow closer to the living, like traditional ghosts or something. I expected witches to be rising from their graves after this... I didn't realize he meant releasing them to Peace until the end.
Sunset. Mayby yes. But on the other hand all witches get there magis from the earth right... they just have to adapt. But they have closed the ancesteral source begore en then they reopend it because it didn't work.out

rdvi a few weeks ago i was thinking at the ending of the vampire diaries and then it hit me. They are going to kill one of the brothers just like at the vampire diaries.
