I have designed an improved dryer for smoking fish. I hope one day these women will use my dryer. The dryer can dry a ton of fish in 8 hours. I have tested the prototype and it is effective. The way fish is dried or smoked in Africa makes them carcinogenic but our people don’t know this. Carcinogens are agencies that are known to cause cancer. Also the smoking in Africa exposes the women to cataract and many other diseases over a prolonged period .
