Hi sivaranjani, I have seen a lot of mothers go back to work once their kids are 3 yrs old. Once they start nursery we don't have to stay at home. You can do a course in your field of studies and start applying for a job 😊

The thoughtful analytical, inquistive… dedication to grow a career path is necessary to grow in IT esp… also any other career.

I have one comment to make Narmada. Your videos are very informative/healthy recipes, good thank you for that .
You mentioned that in general abt software engineer some go up to project manager, it takes a long time for them to become a project manager itself . I think that is applicable on a case by case basis and not across. Some of them who have software engineering as a career they stay in the same position because there are people who want a job and also want to take care of the family and support their spouse’s career. They want to dedicate extra time to their family and having a career. So they prioritize what is important to them in their life.
The next category is even being a software engineer, they can rise up to a higher level., and again it’s hard work and as you said-going above and beyond. Above all even if a person works hard, it’s also the right person at the right place at the right time.!!!
There are millions of things in this world that conspires against us 😊 do u think my career and life balance was a cake walk? I too support my hubby's career, and he supports mine. For us also family comes first 😊 If there is a school play or sports day at school or kids off sick, we both are out of office. Priority is always family. But as I said there are 24 hrs in a day. What we do with it either makes our life or breaks it.
You have explained your hard work, really it is true progressive in your career.

Hiii... very very thanks for the eye opening, I should say....even though crossed the age 22 to 30.. to invest some time for our growth can be done at any age I believe. Mine is work from home job throughout the year, so you know very monotonous and tired, etc. Anyhow will have to spend sometime for my own personal growth.. thanks .🤝🤝🤝
