20 year Wisconsin plumber: iso drawing is a language all its own and vital to the trades. I was a forman for a certain job and in a progress meeting with a room full of engineers, they couldn't understand what I was trying to communicate until I went to the greaseboard and free handed am iso and everybody went ahh.

I love the work and try to continue to learn, not just code, but technique. If you love your job, you never work a day in your life, and, at least from the videos, id venture to say that describes you.
