When operating a MDB system, the pricing is done through the control board unlike a single price machine where the pricing is changed in the coin mech itself. Hope this helps.
Thanks so much for this video! Can you explain the positions of the 3 dip switches? ABC. I think mine are wrong since they are all up. I have a 9300-L that the change just keeps coming out. I just bought the machine used. I'm so greatful for this video!!!!
My keypad says use exact change only, and when I put a coin in it just slides out. My red light is on, and I tested the circuit board and solenoids and they’re all working. I cleaned the sensors I have no clue what’s wrong
This is why it is always a good ides to have a spare coin mech with you to find out what's wrong in 60 secs. These will fit any MDB system and they are cheap. dougbaleenterprises.com/shop/ols/products/coinco-9302gx-mdb-3-tube-rebuilt-coin-mech
Hey man love the vide thank you for all the tips. Was hoping you’d cover my issue but you didn’t 😅 would you happen to know why when I plug in the coin harness to the control board the control bird turns off and when I unplug it it comes back on and functions normally(except it doesn’t take bills or credit them or coins) if you have an answer for me I’d appreciate it alot thank you so much
Good, helpful video. I don’t like working with the “plastics” with all the snapping of tabs, etc., though I understand why they are so ubiquitous. Even so, I prefer metal mechs (NRI) with all their temperamental mood swings.
What is the most common issue when coins get stuck under the plate in flight deck, just opposite of the top solenoid? My 9302gx is constantly getting coins stuck behind that plate.
what if the coins are getting accepted and reading but they are not refilling the tube, it is just going into the coin bucket. Is there a way to correct it so that they go into the tube to refill?
depending on the coin mech, if the hi lo setting is set to low, that's exactly what's its doing, keeping the tubes. Post a pic of the coin mech in our coin changer help group for more help Scott. facebook.com/groups/AmericanChanger
@@dougsworldtour3755 I have a coinco the same brand and believe model in the video. I keep have to refill it manually. Is there a reset or anything I can do without sending it in. I live in the Caribbean so sending things to get fixed like this really become costly. thanks in advance

i don't think me coin machine is bad, it takes coins but after last coin it lights up, exact change only. but dose not let you get idem. and no change returned
If no change is returned, the lower 3 slides may be sticky, often caused by a can or bottle exploding in the machine. These slides are easily cleaned but disassembly is required. Carrying a spare mech and validator is highly recommended.

Helpful video thank you for making it :)
I have a question about the 3 little switches behind the flight deck. @27:51, it shows the switches. One says lo .25. What are those for?
This is very helpful video, Question: how we can change the price on this model? do you have any video explaining?

I have the same coin acceptor which accepts sterling.
How can I program it to accept euro?

write me, lasvegascoinop@gmail.com thx
can you make a video of repairing a coin return button on a USI 3185?
My coin machine will only read one coin then reject the rest coins and do you know what the issue with the unit is?
send pics of what your working with to lasvegascoinop@gmail.com thanks

agree, but we are in a plastic World, everything is meant to be thrown away once it fails, not good in my mind.
My vending machine i can hear it trying to give change which i click the button on the side to get sone quarters but nothing comes out could be a jam
needs to be cleaned down in the slides area.
What is the max price that you can charge for sodas on a coinco 9300 15 pin 24 volt 3 dip switch coin mech please ?
The price for the product is determined in the machine, not the coin mech.
What is the most common issue when coins get stuck under the plate in flight deck, just opposite of the top solenoid? My 9302gx is constantly getting coins stuck behind that plate.
In a Coinco there are 2 solenoids and the small plungers often break. They are located behind the rear access panel on the rear of the flite deck.
Good video. How do you change prices from a dollar to . 75
On an MDB system, the price settings are done at the control board in the machine itself.
HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF THE SODA FROM .75 TO A $1.00?THERE IS INLY 3 SWITCHES ON THIS MODEL AND THE ONE I HAVE.
you have to do it from digital panel or main vending mother board with switch. this model does not have that function.
@@PersonalUseChannelwhat are the dip switches for then?
@@Franisboche they are for switching between Canadian and US coins.
@@Franisboche it switches from US coins to Canadian coins.
My machine is not accepting quarters or dimes only nickels but it does return change properly.
If this is a Mars coin mech, it likely needs to be tuned or replaced.

The flite deck has a problem and is not directing the coins to the correct tubes.

why my coin mech doesn't link with the bill collector?
You might need a harness or the correct coin mech that has hookups for a validator.
why not showing one that is completely dead "no red light " ?
In that case it would usually have an electronic component failure, such as a part.
That’s what I’m looking for , which capacitor is the one that usually fails when is not a red light. Thank you for your reply.
