Oh yes the scar tissue. Same here. I worry that the pain is that the cancer could have metastasized . The drs advise me that it has not but the worry is there. Thank you for another awesome video❤ and horray🎉 you are good🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
I’m so glad you’re clear of cancer. 💜 I also experience a lot of joint pain and stiffness from surgical menopause. I find that taking 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed daily helps me a lot. I also just started on glucosamine tablets which my doctor recommended. Turmeric and cinnamon teas, epsom salt baths, tiger balm, calcium, and yes, hot yoga all help a lot too. 😊

Hi Amanda! I love your accordion lamp. For your bench with the water stain, could you add a cushion with some fun, funky fabric? Do you sew? I honestly can hardly sew on a button! This is going to sound weird, but i wish i lived near you. Last thing...has anyone ever mentioned pelvic floor dysfunction? I have it but never had pelvic surgery. Not sure how i ended up with it but wonder if a lot of women go undiagnosed. Always so happy to see your videos pop up!❤❤

I take white willow bark, and pharmaceutical liquid fish oil for pain. It’s natural and doesn’t harm the body. The book by Dr. Sears anti inflammation diet with fish oil. That book teaches a lot about pain in the body. I have two other things I take, one is from a oncologist but I don’t put it out there in case there is a shortage.

Big hugs and prayers that your pain gets controlled and I know what a relief it was to hear from your doctor. You are amazing and yes I agree who better than a person going on a cancer journey to put out information. Doctors can only go by standard text. ❤️🤗
